IMO the VB2 outperforms metal nails all day long. Much smother hit. I also want to add you still can use all your super cool glass with the VB2.

It's simplicity will grow on you.

Is also like to quickly speak to the price point. When compared to a e or D nail and you add the cost of the nail your darn close to the same price.

Speaking from experience and witnessing the experience of many enail and D nail owners trying the VB 2 were all well impressed. I myself am sold on quality ceramic dabbing.

Let me be the 1st to welcome you to the CeramFam @GR

I have many many paper weights that where stated to be as good or better then dabbing and some lived up to this for a short while. When I saw the VB2 first posted by Vitolo I thought "finally a device solely intended for dabbers", I still feel this way. Tomorrow I will call and place my order and once and for all being able to find out for myself, working my tolerance back up after a 13day break so I can put this through the paces. King's review is very nice, Vitolo's enthusiastic posts putting the unit to some serious testing is the highest praise in my book, but Captain Comply taking the unit to an event is serious backing and trust in the machine, thank you all.

Now to get back to work on my low tolerance, I have some work in front of me to be prepared for the arrival of the VB2.

@VaporWarehouse, thanks so much!
So a bit of confusion, I had emails to VaporBrothers and to VaporWarehouse and ended up calling VaporBrothers to place my order but continued to communicate with VaporWarehouse via pm and email, remember I mentioned getting my oil tolerance back up? I created total confusion and VaporWarehouse is mailing me a bag for the VB2 even though I did not order through them, they must be working their tolerances up as well because this is not common business practices, lol. Thank you VaporWarehouse! So embody order from them quick please.

I ordered from Vaporwarehouse through pure confusion. Between two websites, email, phone etc I got the impression that was the place to go. AJ took good care of me with an FC discount and the case. No place to order VB2 parts however . . .
Good, I feel less vaped...wife just told me I shouldn't feel that way though.

Dealing with VaporBrother direct over the phone was fine but I prefer to fill out forms since my name and address are long and easy to get things incorrect vocally. Hindsight says that dealing with VaporWarehouse is a bit more to my liking plus they honor the FC discount.

Currently the individual parts for the VB2 are not available for purchase online. Hopefully that changes real soon.

And yes it can get a bit confusing as to who or where you are ordering from. VaporWarehouse handles Vaporbrothers online sales, so if you go to their site it will take you back to ours to order product. The only way to order the VB2 through Vaporbrothers is to call them directly. We have a very close partnership with VB and we have agreed to honor the FC discount.

Hope that clears up some of the confusion. Enjoy those VB2s when they show up. :)

Wow . . . I am AMAZED by this device. I hooked it up via whip to my Devastator and took what I thought was a relatively modest test dab and my brain is ERASED . . . :ko: This is a serious, serious, piece of hardware. Flavor and purity literally are off the chart!!! The Leidenfrost effect was clearly in play as the dab sizzled and danced on top of the ceramic disc, leaving only a shadow behind. Ease of use was just what I thought it would be and maintenance looks like a snap. Heavy duty "tank like" construction gives an "heirloom" quality feel and the really nice feet on the bottom are perfect for stability on my granite counter tops.

The best tip in the manual, which is an absolute hoot to read btw, is this under Do Not's:
  • Do not use this device if anything needs to be done on time today.
Tru dat . . . The VB2 is not just for real, its 5-real baby! I also appreciate the auto-shutoff feature and would not change it. Normally they bother me but not here. Its necessary. Really nice free case from AJ @VaporWarehouse as well and lots of stickers and these awesome concentrate containers that look like they seal very well . . .

So in summary I am so glad I purchased the VB2, I am in love . . . :luv: I knew from the instant I saw it that I would like it but I wasn't prepared to have my socks knocked off. So far it has truly exceed my expectations. I also want to say thanks to the nice folks I spoke to on the phone from @vaporbrothers they even called me back to make sure I was happy and still intact ;) I can tell this relationship is going to be a lot of fun . . . :) Here are a couple pics, more l8tr . . . :peace:

chillin on the couch, sippin off a 22 ounce.
There's ten of these bad boys currently in stock over at Vapor Warehouse...

Damn I am tempted, but the only thing holding me back is the gargantuan asking price($750). Now that's a huge fee over what is essentially a slightly modified & re-badged Crock POT cooking appliance.

Man, I was up dabbing all night, having too much fun to sleep . . . :) Which leads to my first observation. Usually when dabbing the taste of the vaping fluid in my diffuser gets pretty burnt and nasty quite quickly. The VB2 amazingly does not foul the water like everything else. The purity and depth of flavor are fantastic.

I did notice a couple cracks starting on the ceramic insert. How far can you take these guys before you replace them? Do you just run them until they break?

Here is a night shot from the vapor lab . . . :ninja:

A slow cooker. :uhh:

From what I understand, nothing about the VB2 other than its looks resembles a crockpot. Which would make the VB2 a "high tech" wax converter that resembles a common household mini crockpot. Not a crockpot converted for dabbing.

Wouldn't you agree?

Edit: In reality, what matters is how it works. VB2 is about spreading the love, the way @Captain Comply did at the cup. Try to get your hands on one to use, it's an awesome experience. If you're ever around, you're always welcome to try mine

A slow cooker does not come with the constant support of AJ, and the Vapor Brothers themselves.
@t-dub ... You can rotate the inserts, and save damaged one for later, or take it to the end.
They crack finally....
I found that the cracking occurs generally during cool down as the insert contracts.
Since it has a lip, the lip cools at a different rate than it's plate, and if room has a breeze the well used inserts can crack.
One way I found to delay this indefinitely is to protect the insert during cooling.
When done with a session, I always remove my glass nipple top to reduce the heat rising into it, baking my reclaim on more solidly, and causing a variety of effects on the nipple/hose juncture.
Leaving the top off was allowing my inserts to get too cool.
I now always leave a cover on during cool-down. Most often I use the porcelain top with the green silicone plugs.

Hi there everybody and Happy Weekend to you all!

I was reading the thread on my I phone and double tapped the quote button. I hope it didnt mess this up. Im on my laptop now.

1st Im happy this thred is active. As many of you know I really love our VB2. I wanted to speak to a couple of points brought up here. Yes the ceramic dabbing disks do and can break. I had one crack the day after the Secret Cup. But honestly it got a TON of use. Many participants wanted to dab on both temps and of course I did my best to accomidate. One notable industry figure who was at our table in the VIP yelled 947 or go home! so i cranked the VB2 to high gave it to him glowing red and BAM ! He hit it and said "that thig is awesome" one more thing to note. because ceramic does break from temps after while, the VB2 is very cost effective as you only repace the small disck and not the whole nail.

As far as a re badged crook pot, I could see how some one who has only seen photos could come up with that. But its really nothing like that with the exception of being round in shape and it heats things up. smaller than a Fosters' beer can and about as heavey as a full one. it heats up super safe in 3 min. thats a huge pluss for us. when you consider the overall cost of an, D or E nail and a ceramic nail and a tourch and taine its compareable. I think you mayl agree that either route this is the price we will have pay to be on the cutting edge of our industry. Also helping those who are pushing the healthy dabbing conversation its worth it to me. I invite you all to choose health and joy today.

Thats all for now I am so happy the CeramFam is growing!!! Looking forward to those reports!

@Vitolo - that looks awesome. Wonder what else they might be making to hook up to that . . . ;)

Maintenance is straightforward but must not be avoided. Superfine steel wool in my future.

I am surprised at the delicacy and extremely proper fit of this 10mm fitting...
and yet it feels more "sure" than one would expect.
Easy to lift off the unit even when hot!

@t-dub you got that right... can't let the work build up!
A razor blade worked carefully can do most of the inner walls, but
a fine steelwool with iso is the pies de resistance.

I haven't taken the time to read through the thread completely, but why would I choose this over the vapexhale evo. I'm a big fan of flavor on ceramic nails, but at this asking price the all glass air path sounds a little bit better to me. I definitely see the benefits over an enail and it seems like the customer service is incredible, which is very important to me, but there's got to be a way to make this cheaper. Would love to hear your opinions on a comparison between this and the evo, thanks.

Since VB2 is concentrates only, unlike EVO, it should do a better job imho. After using both I think they are definitely better than a torch and nail but the VB2 wins for me hands down in flavor, purity, and ease of use. The EVO separates the hit into two parts and in doing so it creates a lot of smell and vapor in the burn off process when you are done. The first part of the hit has less flavor than the VB2 and if you take the hit too far it can get nasty quickly. The VB2 seems to create a lot less "nasty" when converting your medicine, and the little it does create is held in the ceramic before burning clean away after your done. In fact, I can medicate in the same room with my spouse with the VB2 but not with EVO because of the difference in smell that is generated. Also, EVO does not benefit from the Leidenfrost effect which I feel is directly responsible for the VB2's ability to create so much sweet vapor with so little "yuck". This is evidenced by the fact that the fluid in my glass doesn't foul as quickly or as badly as it does with a torch & nail or EVO. I love my EVO, and the hits are great, for flowers through glass it reigns supreme, but for concentrates the VB2 wins. I thought using a whip to connect to my glass would be a bummer but the tubing Vaporbrothers provides is so nice that it's not an issue. This is just my opinion, ymmv . . . :peace:

And I believe it qualifies as all glass!
This can not be compared with the EVO in any manner.
The VB2 is a concentrate converter, and is a snap to use.
Evo is for flowers, (and one could use concentrates accordingly, but not for dabs) and it also requires loading, and cleaning.
When I complained about that aspect, I was told "just buy a dozen baskets... (which I did).
I was then able to vape with impunity.. until it was time to Iso and clean up the dozen baskets.
There was work involved for each session with the EVo... preparation and cleanup.
The concentrate converter gets cleaned about every two to 3 weeks.

*important note;
I am not bashing the cloud. It is a fine piece of equipment, and it's cost is commensurate with it's value and worth.
My medicinal needs simply dictate devices be used that have little down time between hits, or possible emergency need.
Get sick, and the hit must be NOW!
