All i can say about vapour is that, when it is too hot i feel "something" in my front teeth. Much like that ice-cream cold pain, but way way way less in terms of pain. I don't think pain is the right word, it is just a feeling in my teeth, and i atribute it to the temperature, rather than the vapour in itself.
Nice first post! Welcome to FC.I am not sure on the vape thing but i keep my temps pretty low so never had the experience. In Chinese medicine the teeth/oral health is related to the lungs. This stuff we are putting in our lungs can possibly be to harsh on them (cough cough) and can encourage lazy behavior, that is also bad for lungs, which again will be bad on the teeth.
Solution!
Don't be lazy, exercise in some way. Stay active, cleaning, singing, working, loving, gg.
I sometimes get the same feeling/sensations in my front teeth as well. I've noticed it at lower temps as well, but as you've stated it seems to mostly happen when I'm using high temps. I've always been a bit concerned when I get these sensations of my teeth. Glad to know I'm not the only person whe feels "something". Any one else ever experience this or have insight into what this "something" may be?

Agreed! I think the biggest impact to teeth is from dry mouth. Good oral hygiene definitely a must. When I vape, I get dry mouth. When I get dry mouth, I want to use my special mouthwash I got (biotin?) But I brush my teeeth before I use it. I get dry mouth a bit from my pills, and use it more at night before sleeping, but now I vape, brush, swwish, and I'm good. Brushing my teeth a bit more helped make them a bit whiter. I'm sure stopping coffee helped a bunch, too.
I don't want to bring up gross subjects, but have you seen a crackheads teeth?I thought that yellow staining on your teeth came from the nicotine in cigarettes.

It's not just nicotine that damages/discolors teeth,I think it's combustion/high heat/chemicals/dry mouth
Definitely used to get some on my bottom front teeth back in the old combustion days . . . was noted by the dentist and chalked up to coffee
