Vapman

Andreaerdna

If God is the answer, then the question is wrong
VM is not my only vaporizer but it get very frequent use, I think it is the vaporizer I use the most (with e-nano)

Today I received my second VM: a walnut basic, it is gorgeous, it has an even more natural touch with its "raw" aspect (no fine sanding no oil finishing).

I will still use my classic with concentrates and-or long sessions and the basic for use with flowers only (90%)

BTW j hook plus vm is a fantastic couple, really enjoying it

I love my basic walnut  use it at least every work day!

Wowza!

My vapman was in my steaming hot car. I torched for one second and got a huge amount of vapor!!!:ko:

It was already "ready."

If your torch was also in the hot car, its fuel was pressurized and probably produced a larger flame. After @OF's over-pressure warning, I've been wondering how safe that is... so on hotter days, I don't leave my torch in the car.

No, sir. No butane torches in steaming hot cars here....

However, not sure how the "steam" part would be on my VM tho?:uhoh:
I put it in its' shell.

In general if the tank isn't full you're OK. As heat builds toward the boiling point, the boiling point goes higher as the pressure builds. This is why your car 'boils over'. Water can be hotter than 212F (100C) if it's under pressure. Just a few PSI pushes the boiling point safely higher and the hot water can be hotter and 'carry more heat from the engine'. However, if the pressure is lost the water boils instantly until it cools back down to 212F.

In the lighter, as long as there's 'air space' (really Butane vapor) all that happens is the bubble gets very slightly smaller and the pressure inside rises. If, however, you don't have that cushion (it becomes 100% liquid) you're toast. You can't compress the liquid, you have a bomb. As I understand it, it's possible to get huge pressure spikes even before that under 'unfortunate' conditions.

Which is why your BBQ tanks 'sloshes' when full, they'd love to sell you more gas (or use a smaller tank) but it's not safe.

Hello, I love my MFLB and am wondering how the Vapman compares. I read that the two vapes are considered to be 'soul brothers'.
My question is for those who have both. Does the Vapman complement the MFLB? I think I read it's even more efficient than the LB, what about flavor, ease of use, etc.
I prefer to load just the bottom of the trench and vape it all the way down to get the full profile and that flavor off the first of 2 or 3 rips. Would the Vapman work well for these small loads? It's a pain to brush all the precious medicine to the middle of the screen.

I'm with @steama. I bought fresh MFLB batteries just prior to getting the Vapman. I've never used the MFLB since. It wins on stealth but loses on flavor, efficiency, and effectiveness (in my opinion).

I have been wondering for a while if there is a right and wrong way to put the vapman middle section into the springs?

If u look at the air tubes with the cooling air holes in the middle section sometimes they align perfectly.

If u next flip the middle section to the reverse the air holes do not line up with the air tubes.

I have to think the master craftsman of the vapman did this on purpose. I just wanted to kno if there is a rhythm to this reason or simply for looks.

I'm hoping @vapman can come fill us all in on the ingenuity of this, but maybe someone else can chime in with there opinions and findings.

So guys? Apart from @VapourHaze and me, anyone else who mainly uses a vapman as a daily driver or even has only the vapman in the arsenal (like me for the moment…)? :freak: :brow: :p

Viva la vapman

Edit @Philreal187 just looked my holes are not aligned you only have two options when putting it on mine fits slightly better one ways .?

@simpleasthcis Fits exactly the same either way for me its just one way has all air holes aligned with the air tubes.

Its rough to get a photo to just show what I mean.

I was just curious if anyone elses vapman is the same, and theories about how if might actually effect or not effect the performance of vape?

I am looking at the variety of vapman models, the 85$ vapman basic is tempting. How much different is it from the complete? Are the function and experience much different?
I am sure there are many who have owned both. What's your advice?

I like the thermal protection that the mica provides. But...I'm a complete moron with a torch. My basic looks like a burn unit victim. I have no stress when using the mica and I've had no issues. If you're confident with a torch and want to save money, go for the basic. I'll be sticking with the mica.

Guys where can I get the concentrate trays in Canada without paying an arm and leg. I've tried to contact renee but hasn't got back to me.

I just really don't want to spend over 20 bucks on screens.

Happiness comes from compassion
I too use the vapman as daily driver, except i don't use it daily. The Vapman is the only vape i've ever owned, but i have tried MFLB, Crafty, Flowermate, Air. The Vapman is my favorite out of all these, and im thrilled to find out how it stacks up against my friends new e-nano.

I would say the vapman is the portable butane powered e-nano

I like both a lot but enano is totally different beast..

I would rather say lotus is a butane powered eNano: both convection big flavorfull clouds producer.

VM is complementary to these two nice vaporizer. I keep lotus as nano backup and a secon VM as VM backup

I so need one of those!! They are absolutely stunning! Will you be offering them for sale on your site soon? @vapman

For well over a year my Vapmen were my daily drivers - despite having other vaporisers around the house to use. Recently though I've been alternating with a new log I have aquired - I don't love my little fella's any less, but have more than enough love to go around ;)

He is the egg man.
I am the walrus?
Quite possibly! But we all adore you just the same ;)

There are a few members who have both, but I'm not one of them. I have two basic models and I absolutely love their simplicity. They perform as well as the classics, according to the Vap-Daddy (aka Rene or @vapman).

Awesome collection you have there @niap

I still can't get over the beauty of those ebony models.... and more yew on the way too  It's a beautiful day in Vapland :)

IIRC I bought my initial set of 3 on Ebay for ten bucks or so shipped. I think it was basically the same price on the VM site. The basic screen is 'special', not your typical material. IMO worth 3 bucks or so each, and even local shipping isn't that cheap.

Good luck with it.
