The station doesn’t work with the old model either. At least the one sold to me during their Black Friday sale. Been a week since I have reached out with no acknowledgement or response.
Oh no, sorry to hear that. This probably just slipped through. You must know, Michael and David are doing basically everything by themselves (product development, manufacturing, costumer support, website, advertising etc.) and at the moment they probably barely have time to eat and sleep. Black Friday week is by far the busiest week for them and in addition the big launch is coming. I'm 100% sure they won't leave you alone with your problem. Maybe remind them again.
