We do not deny the fact that a digital readout would make things easier, but in our experience, vaporizers that have a digital display hardly ever display the temperature of the location where the herb is being vaporized.
On top of that, many different strains of herb vaporize at different temperatures and while one strain might optimally vaporize at 350, another might vaporize better at 360 or 370. Because of these two factors, we decided to forego the extra cost of putting in a digital display. Since most of our early customers are also experienced vaporists, fine tuning an analog vape to find the optimal vapor temperature is something most of us are used to.
Once we change the strategy of this company from one that is in start up mode, to one that is thinking about growing and maintaining a company, these will be features that we can add in the future but in order to give you guys more bang for your buck, we decided to forego this feature in the present model. Hopefully this sufficiently answered your question.

If you imagine a thimble that is made of stainless steel mesh with a cap on top that you can put into the male glass on glass joint, that will give you a good idea of the bowl. The bowl works effectively with small or large amounts but obviously, if you want larger clouds, the more the better
- The Cloud is an analog vaporizer that doesn't have any temperature markings. There will be different hash marks on the unit so that once you find your desired setting, you will be able to easily dial it in every time. The temperature/vapor will not be determined by how fast/slow you inhale, we have put significant time and energy into our heat retention capabilities so that once you select a desired temperature, you will get the same type of vapor whether or not you inhale slowly or quickly.

Agree! Digital readouts are of negligible value due to manufacturing inconsistencies and variable sensor placement. I've seen more confusion produced by digital readouts than enlightenment.stonemonkey55 said:There are a few reasons why we didn't include a digital readout into the Cloud, the most important being the fact that you can easily find your sweet spot with very little experimentation.
