Looks like an eBay seller trying to make it as an on-line dealer. The 'got' part seems to be ripping off gotvape. As for the 'xhale' part, it's hard to say if they got that from the Cloud site, since the product hasn't hit the market yet. I guess it's like car names now. All the good names for vape dealers have been taken.

I don't think the site will be a problem for Vapexhale, maybe an irritation.

when refering to holliday season, do you mean christmas or thanksgiving?
will the european modell be launched at the same time? when will you anounce your european distributor and the prices for europe?
sorry, if it looks like i am impatient, i really am. :) i just want to lay my hands on this peace of engineering art as soon as possible. :)

Re: Party/Efficiency bowl - these two bowls will be released in the future and not at launch. We currently do not know exactly how much weight each of these bowls will hold but our sketches have the efficiency bowl at roughly 1/3 the size of the standard, while the party bowl is roughly double the size.

@ axakal, ioright - We were a bit vague using "holiday season" as our launch. Best case scenario would be Thanksgiving. The European model will launch shortly after, we will offer our European customers the same type of "intro pricing" when we launch. We are still working out the details with our distributor and will make announcements once things look more finalized.

@ Mr. Smoke no More - Yes, your assumption is correct. I have been running around watching over my little monkey over the last couple of weeks which is why I haven't been responding as quickly as I usually do. Rest assured, Robot and PowerNerd3000 haven't taken their feet off the gas pedal as I spend some quality time with my little one.

If I missed any other questions, feel free to reask them and when I get a chance, I'll make sure I respond.

A congratulations is in order SM! I hope all is well with the new addition to the family! I can only assume its a fun and scary new endeavor!


Seems this part of product development--testing and final tweaks--accounts for a good chunk of the time involved. I'm tuned in and will certainly be purchasing the Cloud but I don't think its fair to even assume that the projected holiday release is a sure-thing. Best of luck with the rest of the development, I'd rather buy it next year than buy a prematurely released product personally.


I am looking forward to more glass porn :p

When VXC hits EU market i hope conversion of prices will be fair. :)
ex. if now, VXC+SG is 430$ than it would be app. 330http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Euro or so.
(it could be maby slightly higher because of different power converter or transport to EU,
but not as scheme that Steam pulled off :disgust: i still hate Valve for that and will never buy another game from Steam,
(they added as only currency for EU ppl to pay with but they did it so that 1$=1 :mental:))

thanks for pointing out the pricing, however it doesn't answer the question of "serving order". :)
i grew up behind the iron curtain, where you had to wait years for everything: an appartment, a car, even a telephone. that's why sometimes being on a sort of a waiting list gives me a feeling of security, since i like the "first come first served" principle. :) i'd hate to see, that the first charge was sold to someone who just happend to read about the Cloud in a cannabis magazine instead of eagerly waiting for it for months, like everyone on this thread. :) there is no place for altruism, when it comes to finally become a proud owner of the Cloud. :)
sorry for all the pathos, but this product just makes me euphoric. :)

@he-man and axakal - I will relay the message back to our CFO regarding how we will do the international pricing. Conversion rates aren't something we had focused on but we will come up with a strategy that should be a win/win for everyone involved.

@ axakal and any other potential European customers, please feel free to fill out your info in the pre-order page of our website. Don't worry that our form isn't built for foreign addresses, just fill out as much as you can and we will reserve your spot, either for a US or Euro model.

We are currently sourcing different transportation boxes. We are in love with the Pelican brand but those boxes are quite pricey. If anyone knows of any cases that are of comparable quality, please send the info my way!

I know what you are thinking "Made In China" and I don't like it either but for these type of item at a reasonable charge you almost don't have a choice.

i just saw a company the other day online that fits this description perfectly, but i cant remember the name... when i do ill report back.

pelican cases are the stuff tho

@stinkmeaner - I know how "made in China" are the three letters of death but I'll check out a few of these. I've always believed that you can get quality parts from all parts of the world, you just need to do your due diligence to make sure that it meets your standards and not just go for the cheapest alternative to improve your bottom line.

@2clicker - I'm gonna buy a few of these and test them out.

Whatever we decide on, we want to make sure it keeps the Cloud and HydraTubes safe and protected.

I believe what they do to make sure you are safe is forward your information to your nearest police station and then sell your mailing and personal info to local businesses so shopping is more convenient for you. :lol:


All kidding aside, I think all members would agree that you should be 100% safe because you are not dealing with BigCorporate but instead a regular vapor user just like the rest of us, he has made numerous vaporizer videos personally so I for one would be more comfortable give my information to him than some big corporation.
If you are talking about hacking well I got news for you, if people can hack government websites then they can hack just about anything else, honestly though, what information would you give that is not already out there or that you haven't given somewhere before? He is not asking for SS numbers or your Pin #.

+1 -- We are only collecting information so that we can contact you when the Cloud is ready to ship. We don't plan on selling or using any of the data for anything other than that purpose.
