thank you for the update. I thought something like that was happening. I feel a lot better after reading the post from Vape Xhale. I will be ready when it is ready. (been ready for awhile) Still using heat gun and bong until then:

No, it was not from a different email. I've sent 5-6 emails to both of the emails provided and you have been on my contact list since you first replied to me in March. SM, you're a very nice guy but I feel like your guys first reaction is to always defend yourselves instead of admitting error. Not to say that you did anything wrong but this is my impression from thoroughly following this thread. Do you know how hard it was for me to receive a response only for it to be a defense instead of the assistance I requested?

...and then I scroll down to see even more problems before the release.

I have the email and was waiting until tomorrow to order my pre-order at $350.

Now that this has been going on, should I still put my order in or should I just wait? It is still the old order page and asking for credit card information. Should I just put it in and let it charge my card, get refunded, and then let it charge my card again when the vape is shipping?

I also asked a question earlier about how many clouds are allowed to be pre-ordered. Is it limited to 1 or can I order 1 of each package? 2 of each?

Thanks for the help, can't wait to receive my cloud!

If this stuff was going to be easy then everyone would be doing it. My father, rip, used to tell me when I was a kid: "Jobs with no problems pay very little money." Right now I am sure the VXL team is wondering how they got all the problems (goat rodeo) with none of the money . . . yet. Hang in there guys. Its all gonna work out in the end.

Please understand, and SM has made it clear on this forum before, this is not amazon.com, nor a large team. VXL was 3 people before I joined, email also isn't as reliable as we like to think. But rather then pointing fingers, lets get your questions answered. Please email me with all of your concerns, and I will be very happy to assist you.

Hey why would you want Vapexhale to make a wand? It already exists... all you have to do is use a non-diffused 19mm downstem it seems like it should work perfectly but without the moisture obviously while still maintaining an all glass vapor path

Plus it would be superior to using a dry hydratube because the vapor goes straight up into your mouth with less exposure to glass surface area.
A really short downstem would be perfect, especially with concentrates

I'd definitely pick up a short oversized downstem for flavor tests, no one will say water doesnt filter out ANY of the flavor, definitely a slight reduction.

I usually like the first rip dry (if the vape im using maintains flavor well) and then ill do the rest of the bowl through water.

Wouldnt something like the 7th Floor 'Vapor Tamer' work for this very purpose? I mean, they DO have GonG endings on each side - are they 14 or 18?

This looks like it would be the perfect accessory if someone wanted to go this route. No?

^ lol I posted the same question like 3 pages back. I think it'd work as long as there isn't an issue with the frozen glass touching the Cloud (not sure if it even gets that hot though). There is no problem with a VT -> LSV cold on hot so I doubt the Cloud would be any riskier.

My VT should be arriving tomorrow, I hope it's not as draggy as everyone says, but I will probably try using it with the Cloud when I finally get mine. I wonder if it's as effective having the coil before the water filtration, though.

Both the VT and the Cloud are 18mm -- "just flip the Cloud upside down and it can be used with any 18.8 and 14.4 (with appropriate adapter) water tools."


Also thanks for the responses.. I have no doubts about the Cloud now :)

You know my issue, it's stated in the post, why do I have to send 16 fucking emails as opposed to the 15 I have already sent? It really sets me off to see you guys go from acting so conceited to acting humble to being victimized. I feel very disrespected from the preceding posts, especially as someone who has advertised this product for the past year.

Email can be laughably unreliable. I imagine that if you have trouble sending from account A to account B once, than it is more likely to happen over and over.

Cut them a break. I imagine they weren't ignoring you because that's not how you make sales.

SM, I'm on preorder but have no made any attempt yet to purchase the VXC. I know things have changed and well be charged when they ship now - do I need to do anything to make sure I still have my place?

We've responded several times to you to see how we can help. I have already told you that other than the email from Mar 31, I have not received any further correspondence from you. Whether you sent 5, 16, or 500 emails to us, we cannot answer them if we did not receive them. We are happy to assist you but if you want to continue to twist our words and question our motives and response times rather than tell us the questions in your email, then we will not be able to resolve your issue. Since it seems like we are having email issues, can I answer the questions you had here?

Even the website says "Under Construction" to this day.
I have watched every day since this all started.. and I have not seen anyone act conceited.
I saw some enthusiastic guys very proud of an idea...
... and then they HUMBLY, delayed because things were not right.
They did not go off half cocked and send out units before it was time.
They portrayed themselves as regular guys.. and to me... the delays showed professionalism and desire to deliver with pride... and no "bug fixes and workarounds".
Hostility should be directed privately to spare the rest of us the abusive language and hostility.

Question. So does that mean people that got an order number and/or paid already will still keep there spot in line and we don't have to do anything more but wait for the email of shipment notification and payment?

Just a thought re using the cloud without a water piece.

If you have an extreme q, the cyclone bowl and elbow would fit on the cloud wouldn't it?

Or,

Again using the cyclone bowl, instead of the elbow, a 7th floor vapor tamer mouthpiece.
That's a pretty short, all glass air path.

The 7th floor vapor tamer has 1 18mm GG Male & 1 18mm GG Female.
So if you wanted to use the tamer directly with the cloud, you would need to either

A) put the female end directly onto the cloud, and draw directly from the male end,
Or
B) put a cyclone bowl on the cloud, put the male end of the tamer in the cyclone bowl, and put the tamer mouthpiece into the female connector.

I would probably avoid putting the tamer directly onto the cloud, as I have noticed that sometimes there can be a bit of condensation inside that leaks out of the bottom, and I wouldn't want to risk getting any water in the cloud...
That could just be me being overly cautious though...

I've been trying not to follow this thread to carefully because the wait would kill me, so I just wanted to confirm a few questions:
1) so the North American model will be shipped pretty much sometime this year?
2) and international versions will be shipped a month or two after that?
2-2) so I might be able to get an Australian version some time around February/March next year?
3) will we be able to get more than one hydra tube when we buy the cloud?
4) all you guys going to have an official cloud 18mm to 14mm adapror or will we have to get one ourselves somewhere else?

I know there is still a lot of stuff to be worked out, and the answers to these are probably all in the thread somewhere, but searching really wasn't helping me..

Yep, and that's exactly how I plan on using it once they start shipping internationally, I was responding to vape4lifes question about usin it without water.

(I just read the page 139 and realized that my cyclone bowl suggestion was already mentioned... Great minds think alike I guess :) )

I wasn't receiving any emails from VapeXhale, but contacted SM directly and got an e-mail within hours explaining there would be an announcement soon.

The next 8 weeks are going to be hard, but soo exciting. There better be MORE VAPEXHALE CLOUD VIDEOS TO HOLD US OVER. wink* wink* those who have them. Shoot some vids!

Lets not forget the best news, it sounds like things are running smoothly, and we look to be closer to 8 weeks then 12 weeks. That's a bonus. Oh, and sounds like we won't pay till the item is about to ship. Wasn't a problem for me, but i know some weren't happy.

Please, my post was well articulated with quotes, references, maybe a few exaggerations, but I assure you their was no twisting of words or motives. You're the only one twisting motives by asserting that I'm doing such when I merely suggested error. These passive aggressive statements have no value other than to victimize yourselves.

To all of those saying I have no right to upset about the email problem, you have demonstrated nonrecognition for how email works. I had ascertained that the email not going through was due to a problem with their server. How? Because with 'vigorous testing' I was able to establish that only both emails on his server can't receive my emails! I didn't go flaming him for this I made a point and suggested at first that it could possibly be their fault only to get nudged away. This is not an acceptable response to me and is why I am still discussing this. I've obviously been disregarded again and again and I would not like it to go unrecognized.

I apologize for my profanity and the frustration which was perceived as hostility; my attitude reflects on how I feel I've been treated. Whether others agree or not, I am not asking but stating my perception. This is obviously not my place so I will be going on my way.

mod note: That would be 'biased site', not "bias site". And if we're so biased, why hasn't this post been removed? As for being disregarded, you've done that with our rules, so yes, you will be on your way.
