Relax, man. It's not like they're Toyota and your accelerator got stuck. They've decided to put their energies into R&D instead of marketing and sales, and while it has apparently been an issue, I would rather them err on that side than making a subpar product. And any of these problems now, even unanswered emails which you seem to think of as insulting, will not keep the VXC from showing up on your doorstep in 2 to 3 months.

can be laughably unreliable. I imagine that if you have trouble sending from account A to account B once, than it is more likely to happen over and over.
Cut them a break. I imagine they weren't ignoring you because that's not how you make sales.
SM, I'm on preorder but have no made any attempt yet to purchase the VXC. I know things have changed and well be charged when they ship now - do I need to do anything to make sure I still have my place?
