Order #105, ordered on my Iphone and it all worked flawlessly for me yesterday. No email confirmation or anything but the charge shows pending on my CC along with some other charges from yesterday. Hopefully everyone who wanted an SG package is still paying attention, I can imagine those being gone pretty fast here soon! Time to go sell some other glass so I can buy a second cloud for my brother while it's still on presale! Haha

Sorry to hear this has been a stressful time. I'm curious as to why the charge hasn't gone through on my CC but will keep a close eye on it.

Man I am really excited to hear some reviews on this! I only just recently started reading into it, and only recently per-reserved it so I'm probably pretty far down the list.

I'm not 100% convinced I'd prefer having a Cloud tube rather than just a regular glass nice that I could use with everything though.

Same here but SM confirmed it went thru on his end. When VX Labs becomes a ten trillion $ company we can all say we shared the growing pains. :lol:

Its all part of starting an internet business! I myself have been a software tester for a e-commerce software company for 2 years and have been through a total of 4 launches. Usually we prepare as best we can, but no matter what, we get hit with unsuspected bugs that weren't event considered, or crippling mis-spec'ing. Every. Single. Time.

But its all very exciting! It's stressful at first but is always a good experience as everything always balances out and everyone is happy in the end. Just the nature of software! :)

Maybe the #1 person can start a "Cloud-I got mine" thread and everybody can post as they all start arriving. Or not. I'm vaped on some truly, life altering Blue Knight done absolutely perfect and may forget all of this.

We are manufacturing this in the USA.

It seems like a lot of orders were being declined by the bank, up to 75% of them. Some of them are bank issues, the others are ones on our side.

We are working out the kinks as we speak on this. I am just as frustrated as the rest of you as I was promised that everything would be automated, easy, and self-serviceable. Unfortunately, what should have been a joyous time for us has turned into somewhat of a nightmare trying to make sure that everyone is taken care of.

I will keep updating the forum with the latest and greatest. I know I sound like a broken record right now, but we really are trying to get all the loos ends tied up.

We may end up just going with a service like Amazon that will make ordering quick and easy, more to come.

Glad to hear your keeping production of your great innovation in the U.S. We need to make more great things in this country again. Kudos to VXC for doing it thier way and making the Cloud in the U.S.A. See, other U.S. companies, YOU can still make things in this country!

I'm in the same boat. Sent an email to the support team to see if I can help resolve the payment issue at all.

Here's to order 69 with the sov.

My credit card got charged for the full amount (order #29 here), so I'm stoked! Now I just need to figure out how best to explain to my wife what the hell VapeXhale is and why I needed to spend $350 there. :lol:

In for the Vertigo! However, as another poster asked earlier, I would still love to know how "fragile" this HydraTube would be versus the recessed SGW or the SG? Do we need to be any more careful with it than the others?

Hey Stu, I'm with you there. For me, I'm not as worried about my wife catching the charge, but if she intercepts the package before I get home, I may have some serious 'splaining to do. LOL. But then again, that's half the excitement, isn't it!?! ;)

just tried ordering again, it will not work for customers not living in the US or Canada.

Now the countryfield(required) has been turned into a dropdownlist that only includes US and Canada.

Looks like the rest of the vaping world is f...d at least for the initial launch.

but what will happen to the promised reduced price for customers like me that do not live in the states or canada and preordered this vape 1.5 years ago (got my confirmation of pre-order on 20-6-2010)?
Will we now be left out of this bargain???

I would also like to know the durability of the two hydratubes compared. It is hard to say unless you are holding one.

I am sure that all of the bugs will get worked out of the ordering software.

I was order #1 but must have somehow gotten bumped by the software...can I get my place in line back? :lol:

i tried using a registered U.S. bank gift card and it was declined 7 times i have registered it and i know the address info is accurate. I was stressing out until i read some of stonemonkey's posts about the problems for other people. when i look at my account activity i can see vapexhale foster city ca 1.00 with all fields lined out

I have the same problem, I live in mexico and SM needs to add a place to put your state you live in after you chose your countery. Sm sent me a E-mail and said Regardless of the outcome, we will honour the discount pricing. I hope he adds USPS for internatiomal. SM is man of his word.

Charges showed up on my credit card today. I'd been worried - the same card declined a high $$$ glass purchase in the past for no reason other than it was a lot of money and to a new vendor.

For what it is worth, at time of my purchase yesterday (#111) the Sov package was available to me at the correct price for my pre-order timing, $425. The Sov package is a little bit of a mystery in more than one way - we've only seen the one pic (posted recently, back a page or two) because of the glassmaker not wanting the hydrotube visible pre-launch or something like that. In addition, though the Sov package was there during the "early" pre-order phase where the other two were $350 and the Sov Gridded Tree Hydratube $425, it vanished on the VXL during the later pre-order phase when prices increased for $450 for both SGW (showerdome) and Vertigo (tree).

Only SM and the VXL crew knows the situation, I suppose. If you've actually used the link in your email to go to the place you can pre-order and put in your payment/shipping info, and the Sov package isn't there, that could mean a couple of things from them running out of Sov tubes, to a problem with their webstore. If you just mean that its no longer on www.vapexhale.com 's homepage, that's nothing new and it has been that way for quite awhile.


Edit: With respect to my order, I've not yet seen any indication it has been charged to my credit card. I did NOT see shipping when I completed my order, but I DID complete it successfully and was awarded an order ID. I hope everything is okay and that my Cloud is still coming ASAP, but since I've seen a few others have been charged, should I email the Monkey to get things straightened out? I don't want to bother them needlessly since they're working hard to smooth the process and all.
