Hi,
I ordered one hc battery on vapepower on 12/08/14.
I sent some e-mails, and i had no response...
@CentiZen can you look this to me?
Also, i have some questions to do on private.
My Solo just works four cycles, some times three... This battery will be like plutonium on my vape, and i anxiously wait!

Just wanted to update, I've been using CentiZen's battery for about 3 weeks and it has breathed new life into my Solo. Very easy to install and works as advertised, I never got this many sessions from the stock battery. It seems like it heats up faster as well. Very happy, thanks!

Yeah the factory burned down long ago, they're not back to 100% full production yet but they're on the way. Plus the 18650's aren't even really supposed to be sold to consumers, they're meant for battery packs like laptops and such other stuff. You're talking about the VTC5's right? The VTC4's are actually a bit better but at the loss of some mah. Might have a better chance finding some 4's at the moment.

I think you'll find this is one of the most welcoming and friendly places on the net, welcome to FC. I'm really sorry to hear about the issues - 3 months is way to long a wait and it tells me we probably messed something up with your order. I just got my HC Solo battery pack from VapePower and am enjoying my second session . Still showing a full 7 charge after letting it turn itself off twice . Installation was just as easy as the video makes it look . The month or two of trying to limp my old batteries along had me a little down on my solo , but with it working better than it did brand new , I remember why its my favorite vape . At a quarter of the SALE price on a new Solo this battery pack is the best vape purchase I've made for years .
For those of you waiting anxiously , I ordered a month ago and shipping took 6 business days to cali . I'm sure @CentiZen is working to get that turnaround time down , but I definitely think it was worth the wait .
Thanks , @CentiZen , this is a good idea , executed well . I hope this venture thrives . I'm gonna need a Mini VVPS as soon as my name comes up on the HI list , so I look forward to doing business with you again , soon .

A little under two weeks after posting above, I got my battery in a discreet padded envelope. Installation was airtight. Seems like a significant improvement all around. Was it worth waiting months for?

So glad I found this.....
Ive had my Solo for a year now and the battery just started to lose its Mojo. Thank god I also purchased the adapter.
I just placed my order today and since Im in Canada - Toronto, I hope that I can get my battery quicker than a month (yikes!).

Hi there everyone - sorry for the lack of communications, all of the spare time I've had over the past few weeks has gone to filling orders and taking care of issues, as well as training new staff.
The batteries being sold by PlanetVape are genuine High Capacity units with my seal of approval. PlanetVape and I are working together to establish a much more reliable order fulfillment system. It's become glaringly obvious to me that the current model is not working, and I am very unhappy with the length of time people are having to wait to get their order taken care of. By bringing on experienced external distributors, I hope that I we can eventually eliminate the wait times completely.
As things stand now, the backorder list is smaller than it has ever been and we are awaiting the receipt of the latest batch of batteries to finish it off. I had failed to take into account the holidays in Asia last week which delayed their sending until this week.
From all of my customers, I am hearing the same thing; great product - poor communication. This project took off at such a pace that I was totally unprepared to handle it. Having no experience managing people I held off on bring on extra support until well past the point I should have. And issues with the international supply of NCR18650B cells (Tesla is eating them up like nacho chips) have not made things any less complicated. This is not the way I want to run my business, and I am almost done digging my way out and making things the way they should be.
If anyone wishes to switch their order over to PlanetVape, that can be arranged no hard feelings. Just send me an email or a PM with your order number and I will process a refund through PayPal immediately. However, I recommend making sure PlanetVape has stock available before doing this as I can't guarantee their availability over time. PlanetVape had to wait through the same queue process that all of my other customers have, and I do not know how much stock is left.
If there are any questions or concerns, please drop me a line through PM (preferred), E-Mail (currently unreliable) and I am always in FC's IRC channel.

For some reason I assumed that you were supplying Plantetvape with the batteries. So I figured it would be worth the extra few bucks to get it sooner and you still get your cut.
Now that I know you are still alive and things are getting better, I will gladly wait to get the battery from you.
