Hi
So.

I have an Arizer Solo right now. What vape would be considered an upgrade to it? I mean, overall speaking, does it get much better than the Arizer Solo?

Should I sell this, spend money and get a better vape?
Or should I buy some glass to upgrade my Arizer Solo?

I upgraded my Solo to - two Solo's, glass tubes and extra's like ed's tnt stem/pong ect. The Solo can be used with so many other glass add on pieces it makes it pretty universal. Some only like it with water tubes (F-bomb) others go big (yeah baby!). I wish when I was starting out I had just invested in add-ons instead of wasting a lot of time looking for something better. Don't get me wrong I own several vapes but the Solo is my "Workhorse" If I had to choose one vape it would be easy.

A vaporizer is not the "HOLY GRAIL"!
CANNABIS is!

The SOLO is a no Brainer = easy + cheaper than dirt!
For a portable it's all you need.
No pocket full of batteries either!

Get a lift kit for your 4x4 to drive in the city or a big belt buckle to hold up your jeans!

@bellas gives good advice!

Any time I've looked at an "upgrade" to the Solo, I end up abandoning my search and enjoying what I've got. For an upgrade that would meet my own needs, I'd have to drop big bucks on something like the Herbalizer - and I'm just not willing to do that without being able to try it for a week first.

If you're happy with your Solo overall, I'd recommend keeping it and investing in a water tool.

Do you have a log vape yet?

Do you have a log vape yet?

No, and there's two important reasons for that:
- from what I've seen, they're not available from planetvape.ca or other reputable Canadian seller (I've had customs issues in the past - not legal, just many great inconveniences)
- doesn't meet my needs. if I'm investing in a unit that has to be plugged in, I want it to do more - like the Herbalizer. (I do realize there's a great price difference, however for me there's other factors involved such as a very frequent secondary user + situations where a whip would be more manageable than a power cord. Based on the times we've had to use the Solo plugged in, having a cord is really sub-optimal - so we just obtained a second Solo instead.)

Aside from my own requirements, I've also never gotten the impression that a log would be a significant enough improvement over what I've got. It's entirely possible that the OP would prefer one, though.

I like my solo ok but the Underdog blows it out of the water two ways to sunday, The Vapolution Three ways.
The VAPOLUTION is the best plug-in unit period.

The NANO is a good all around log vaporizer. Great customer service.

The SOLO is a portable.

I spend my $ else where!

Is the UNDERDOG portable?
Don't they cost more than a NANO?
They do the same thing!

I'm not really looking for a desktop vape.

The only things I don't like about the solo is the size and the weight and the ergonomics.

Packing a bowl on the solo isn't too convenient, and I end up spilling each time (unlike the mflb/palm2.0). I mean, yeah, technically this thing is a 'portable' vape, but the way it is, i'm never gonna take it outside for a couple of hits.

Idk, someone near me was selling the ascent for 175 used.

Yeah, I don't think I'm gonna buy any water tools for the solo, just pvhes or eds.

Is the UNDERDOG portable?
There kind of expensive?

They are 12 volt so portable with a battery pack or other 12V power source, So they are portable in the same way the vapolution 2 can be. Can't put it in pants pockets but it can go with you.

Do what works for you.
We all have different needs.

Salutations tqbf,

What vape would be considered an upgrade to it?

Oh, i see. Such a confusing title... I thought it would be about upgrading the Arizer Solo, by containing and separating all of its aerial paths, with plenty of photographs in HD and anything else i haven't been able to dream of yet!

You must be French i guess, i would have called this a simple replacement. Upgrade is when something is refreshed (through time and effort, for example), not just tossed into the nearest trashcan only to get another mix of profit-minded trade-offs, whatever, go figure...

Well, please let me know if such a thing as what i've imagine reading your title ever happens to occur anyway!! I mean an actual upgrade of the Arizer Solo.

Well I am considering upgrading the solo, but by that, I mean buying a bong or something to plug the solo into.

Every vape mentioned is quality and each would be the choice for one person but not another. If you can identify one or more aspects of the Solo that you'd like to improve and find another model that suits you, buy it. You won't find an answer by reading what others like unless you understand their pluses and minuses, vs. the Solo. What you're asking is like the question 'what's the best vape?'. There is no answer without qualifying the question. These days you choose a vape the way you choose a vehicle. How are you gonna use it and what features are important to you?

How is the experience of using the Solo with a whip?

I really really like the concept of a third lung, but I want something more elegant than a diy third lung.
Does anyone know of a company or some etsy artist who makes a good quality third lung out of good quality materials? Something like what the BUKKET did for combustion?

Yeah thanks.

I think i'm gonna stick with the solo, its not like the vaping gets much better than that. I guess my problem is that its difficult to carry around when you're outdoors.

tqbf I've gotten really good results with a whip with a vapolution vapor barrel with the solo, I'm still waiting on Planet Vape to get the stealth/whip adaptor back in stock then i'll rock it this way more often.

I'ts an accessory I got for the vapo 2 it's a sort of a steamroller that goes on the end of a whip in place of a mouthpiece it tames the vapor and lets you get those big smooth hits you would with a waterpiece.

I was messing around with the tubing and found my vapo whip fits into the bent solo stem and makes a seal the whip already had the vapor barrel on it from a session with the vapo, the rest of the night and a few since I used it this way

I don't post links but you can check it out on the vapolution.com site or in the vapolution thread. I like it better then water pieces for my living situation.

I'm in the same boat as you. I upgraded my solo to PVgong and im getting decent milk. Then I seen a video of e-nano (desktop) with bubbler and it produced huge thick milky clouds. Now I see rudeboy saying UD out performs the SOLO. Seeing that makes me want to add some new pieces to my collection.

So I'm thinking e-nano or UD. Still need to look into vaplution on youtube.
