Refresh is live!

Also, for our 710 special, we're giving away Maple Mini-Dogs with standard and air core vape purchases! Just write "710 MM" on your order comments. :) **Vape Special vapes and Econo-Dogs excluded.

Here's my favorite piece from this refresh (Big Leaf Maple):

Ugh this one and the olive tree one are so beautiful! And a free maple mini ugh I might have to get it. xD

I think the minis sound awesome. Excellently priced and its just neat thinking about a shot glass sized powerhouse vape LOL...Even with the the reduced life span..... Even if you got it, burned it out, payed to get it fixed... Hell even if you burned it out 4 times and payed to get fixed all 4 times.... You still have less invested than than tons of other vapes cost out the door... Sounds like a win win situation really :D

Sounds a potch, is this cos of legal issues? Are they not allowed to trade outside, or do they choose not to?

I'm using forwarding companies since 2013 because they cost in 2-5 times less than other shipping options, and have no problems with customs in my country.
Amanda says that they don't ship in EU due high shipping charges ~40$, also if something will happen with your UD you should send it back for warranty and again pay ~40$
Also UD have no certifications in EU, don't forget about VAT - so I think the correct answer is

"they choose not to"

They ship to Europe? Site says US only and Canada on case by case. has this been changed, could i get a doggy in Wales?

Officially we don't ship overseas.. but sometimes people find workarounds and we don't fight them (too much).

It's primarily because the distance and expense of shipping makes us feel like we can't provide the level of customer service we usually insist upon. There are also a few countries that we had customs issues with in the past.

Correct all around.

Does anyone know if this

Plus a female to male adapter would work for my underdogs on the go? Me and my girlfriend have really been wanting to take the dogs to the beach..

It might work, kind of. From what I can see by reading thru the comments it appears it might not put out quite enough voltage to run a Dog at sufficient temps for most users.

These are quite a bit more expensive once you add some quality batteries but lots of people have had good success with them (including us) and they will provide better run time as well. Battery Pack on

No not that we've seen, all seem to drop ship from China which has taken ours 7-10 days to make it to California. The batteries we use are the NCR18650B Panasonics here on Amazon and provide a 4-6hr battery life per charge.

God you're quick. Really appreciate it man, gunna place order now so this stuff gets here asap. Waiting on two new water pieces to use with my dogs, also from China. Been fourteen days, I prefer to order from US if I can.

Hey guys I've found a power bank with an actual ac jack. I can get about 3 hours of running my dog. The pack cost around 60. Not as nice as the voltage ones since I have my plug sticking out of it but it's nice that I can use my 15v jack rather being limited at 13 at the most. Also has 11600mah battery.

I did get it locally and wasn't able to find it online.

If you call your local store or go out there it will be in the laptop accessories aisle next to the laptop chargers and usb cords for printers.

This should work with ANY ac vape that isn't built to waste power, I have also had good results with my Versa. It increased my max voltage to 120v vs 115-117v.

http://amzn.to/1HoMold + http://amzn.to/1NZ6g21 = poor man’s power regulation for logs?

definitely not as cool as the miniVVPS or the VoltageKeeper (for multiple reasons), but it’s cheaper.

the reviews on amazon give some useful info about using this step down converter. i think it's especially interesting because it comes with a matching project box (that you have to put together without instructions, but it's not hard).

is anyone else using a setup like this?

That's a pretty cool power pack, neat that it has 120v output, good find!

Yep, you could easily use that and a wall-wart to build a poor man's VVPS with a little DIY effort and is essentially (for simplicity sake) what's at the heart of the miniVVPS, the VKs and the VVPS we were making in house in the past. I use a bunch of different models of those in house for various tasks where it's not necessary to use a full size bench power supply.

So a couple of weeks ago I walked into the bedroom to find my buckeye mini plugged in. When I asked my wife how long it had been that way, she said she had no idea. It was at least 24 hours though. She somehow missed my repeated warnings against leaving it on. It was warm but didn't feel overly hot or smell funny so I just unplugged it and put it away. Last week we took a camping trip and I put that little buckeye pup through hell, multiple cycles from hot to cold per day and being passed around often. I swear this thing has never performed better. I wouldn't suggest leaving it plugged in overnight, but these little guys are more resilient than you think. As usual, super happy dog owner.

Just ordered a standard "rustic maple" dog.

My daily driver has been a MZ since 2010 but I decided to leave it at the weekend cabin and get something new for regular home use. Hopefully it will suit me as well as the MZ has.

I've tried many portables but always come back to the log. I feel like it cooks more evenly to a nice light brown, works great with small amounts, and requires less maintenance.

Glad to hear your mini is treating you well..

Apologies if this has been answered before, but for aromatherapy, what voltage should I set it too? 7? For some reason 7 is sticking out to me lol.

Think I want to try some oil's out, you know, so I can better justify another dog asap :dog:

It will depend quite a bit on the particular oil and Dog in question but 8v-11v is a good range to try first. It's a bit subjective though some people like to use full 12v power for their oils.

Happy end of Monday! We're enjoying everyone's poems over some cold beers! We spent 4th of July in Eureka, so we're sipping some Great Whites from Lost Coast Brewery.

While we're deciding who to send goodies to, thought you'd enjoy a few more pictures of custom pieces out of the shop this weekend. The top photos (left to right) are wood from @Snappo: Redwood Lace Burl and Afzelia Burl. The bottom ones are Black Walnut and Teak. If you like the Teak, let us know- we received a good stash of it and we're thinking of doing a Vape Special. :brow:
