Happy Monday Underdogs.. we're back! :cool:

@Stu - Lol I was wondering if anyone was going to call me out on that. Seems like I'm always saying we'll be away and not working and then end up working anyways. This time we actually left and went somewhere.. spent our weekend sitting in a forest staring up at ginormous Redwoods and blissfully out of cell range. :peace:

@forzajuve111 - sent you an email response, let us know if you don't get it.

@Peccary - thanks for the assist while we were out. Dogs are always a nice helpful bunch.

Alright Dogs, I'm off to work thru the backlog of emails and messages, everyone should have a response before days-end then I'll be catching up on shop work. All outstanding orders from this weekend have now been shipped.

Getting the wax, cups, and scents was one of the best things ever. I love the eucalyptus lemon. My entire apartment smells amazing.

@Snappo that feeling when you get home from a long day at work and your dog jumps all over you in excitement.. After you give the furry dog attention, then you jump all over that Underdog in excitement :) that's where I'm at. My buddy has my spare dog but I know she's being fed well and getting lots of exercise!

In other dog news, my pup is gunshy so I have no bird dog.. That just means I get another puppy! Doesn't bother me any :)

Is it possible to get a shorter GonG so I can use with hydra tube easier? Anyone have experience using the underdog with f-bomb? I try using the normal GonG and it doesn't seem to be airtight around the heater. I could be missing an easy fix though. I am loving the underdog though

We sell both the full length GonGs and half length ones on the site, you should be able to find them in the stems section.

As far as the GonG goes that you have, you're not missing anything, they're supposed to fit quite loosely by design and aren't supposed to be airtight at all. This is intentional and prevents misfitting pieces and broken glass and doesn't significantly affect performance. :2c:

Had to go out and pick up some Sour Dawg to go with my new Cherry Dog. I must say one of the easiest vapes to use right out of the box. I'll give her a real write up over the weekend but as promised here is a pic.

I just wanted to mention that my UD went cold because the cable was dead. I was able to borrow a cord and test it. Thank goodness it's not my original dog that is sick! Of course UD has the best customer service once again. The swiftness of service is unreal. Thanks underdog and underdogette. <3

Yeah power supply/cords are the #1 point of failure by far.. fortunately easy and inexpensive to replace and get back up and running.

We have the best customers in the world so it's only right that we give you guys the best customer service we can.. :D

What a guy!
Well I've spent some time with my new Cherry Dog and am loving it. First off delivery was super fast, I ordered it on 9/22/14 and it was here on 9/25/14. Everything was well packaged. In fact I had a little trouble unwrapping my glass stems they were so tightly packaged. I have to say the Dog and DeGette have the order and shipping process down to a science.



After taking some time to just admire it I plugged it in using the cord that came with it and went out to pick up some supplies. When I came back my Dog was toasty warm and I gave it a trial run. I have to say for a first run out of the box it was a surprisingly small learning curve. Keeping in mind I've had almost nothing but log vapes so I had a head start knowing what to expect, but I can see how someone not experienced with log vapes could quickly learn with this one. It has a nice medium draw speed that takes a little discipline to master, but it is nowhere as fast drawing as some other log vapes. (The faster the draw the quicker the heat goes away, which is a negative in my book.)



In no time I had a pile of ABV that was what I would call a nice blond/brown. For a vape right out of the box that was impressive. Though I like my ABV a little darker then that so I plugged it into my VVPS with the plug I've been using for my Zap. They are not an exact fit, but I can make a cord for the Dog later. I am glad to say that the nylon stems are an almost if not exact match to my Zap stems. After some fiddling around tonight I've settled on 12.8v right now, just above the stuff right out of the socket. My Zap for comparison runs at a hefty 13.9. I'd say for the average user I'd say there is no need for a VVPS, if I didn't have one I wouldn't feel the need to go out and get one right away.



Tomorrow I'll post some pics of the Dog, especially since it's gotten some love from the Underbutter. I'll also post some video showing the dog in action, and also show what I think is the most important factor in getting big clouds... Draw speed.
