Wow some gorgeous dogs up on the site with some nice pedigrees I love the Indian rosewood, madrone, and spalteds. The skinny twigs how would one of those keep up with back to back to hits for a quick heavy session?
+1 on the beautiful wood.
AFAIK, all of the pups have the same heater core, and the different woods/sizes make a fairly small difference in actual performance. I do believe they (twigs) have a little faster heat up time, but that might not be true anymore since the updated heater.
I think it's mostly preference at this point, twigs are easier to manage when running through water. I've got a standard size, and it's not exactly inconvenient but I could see where a thinner model would work better in the hands flipping over, and would be less weight resting on a joint if you chose to go hands free.
Does anyone know if the new wongs will be available 14mm? IM looking into buying some new glass, but I don't want to base my decision on what size adapter I need.
Btw my dogs been running 24/7. and I tell my lady atleast twice a week how amazing it is
..oh and I can't forget about "honey did you see that cloud!?"lol
Where are you looking at all these 14mm pieces? I only ask because almost everything I see these days is 18.8mm. I have an 18/14 adapter, but I have never even had a chance to use it.Right I hear you.I checked the site also.I emailed Dave already but failed to ask that question.the 18/14 adapter is always an option.but most of the glass that's catching my eye all use 14mm slides.
Don't get me wrong I see plenty of glass at 18mm.but the price seems to jump up quite a bit.not to mention there seems to be more athstetically pleasing styles made for 14mmWhere are you looking at all these 14mm pieces? Lookout Dave, pretty soon they'll be asking for a left-handed version.
oh boy, looks like Dave will have his work cut out for him soon. I'm in need of a WonG but my two pieces are both 14mm AND I'm left-handed
I guess it depends on what other vaporizers you may like to pair with the HT. If you would only be using it with the UD/WonG setup, I would recommend it. If, however you plan on getting a glass piece that would be used with other setups, I probably wouldn't recommend the HT. The only vaporizers that I use with an HT are my UD, Solo (w/ PVHES GonG stem) and of course the Cloud.Question for you,if I'm going to spend 200 plus on glass should I just get a hydra tube? Been drooling since I saw your Wong video.I'm all for positive peer pressure

Don't mean to hijack Daves thread but if you already owned the cloud why would you need another vape.isn't that the vape to end all Vapes?
I guess I know the answer though , to be vapor ist is to be a hobbyist.hobbies aren't cheap

How better/worse do you find the experience with an HT in the Solo and UD, compared to other water pieces?
Or it is not necesserily better but its just to spice things up?
