I have to apologise to you guys. I kinda lied, but just to make somebody listen to me. As my defence it said on a fifth row:

"This is not gonna be a regular review about A vaporizer but more like "vaporizers for dummies". "

I dont even know half of what i wrote. I was so vaped. But thats the beauty of this product i was first time in my life one whole week high. IF thats what you're looking för this is a great product. But IF you Want to quit smoking weed or even cigarets it will also work. But my personal user experience was different. I tought i was gonna get medicated. Well it worked perfectly just like Downing bunch of oxy. It got me really fucked up but didnt heal me. IT gave me the idea to produce this vomit of feelings to reddit. It got me to quit smoking weed. today i gave my vape to my most addicted friend for Free. Just because i tought it could have the same effect on him. If it works out then this product was better than i ever tought. Times two and when he gives my vape to my next friend maybe it'll worth the money three times.

This vape is like an ass (donkey) it will work for you just the way you want it.

It was too fun for me.

I think thats the best review i van hive to you guys. I am not gonna write about the mouth piece because that doesnt actually matter. I just tried to be honest and share my true feelings about this amazing product tuhat i got from "better life products".

I have tried many pen style vapes and none of the other chinese based vapes seem to want to last from my heavy usage. My T-Vape 1.0 is still working from much pass-through back to back sessions since August 2013. The device is still performing like day one, I can switch out my 1.0 and 2.0 oven for different experiences (low temps/high temps).

Just recently made a new mod since my spring broke out of the filter. I now just use a screen with the spring in it, I'm seeing better results than before and the screen doesn't get clogged as well as the original filter did.

My t-Vape 2.0 is now pretty much a sweet tasting vapor beast after moderate use, no more off taste and it's a great tool for either sitting back sipping a load or (for me once in a blue moon) blasting through it in a handful of hits through a water-tool, I appreciate this vape more and more as I use it these days.

If they have anymore of those killer sales with $100 bucks off I would recommend everyone pick one up, for $80ish bucks I rate it as a "must-have" tool.

:peace: ...

I've bought a TVape 2.0 and I'm not sure if I'm doing right.

I load the small e-tube with large battery, normally I will put a little bit of ABV at the very bottom where it doesn't fully heat. I fill the small tube up about 90% and put the nipple on.

I turn it on, get about 2 good hits After this is gets harder to inhale and get a hit from, I get very little vapor at all, and if any.

Can anybody describe their TVape experience, how much leaf do you put in? how long do you take to breathe in a hit? how much vapor? any deets, or tips would be very much appreciated !!

The top and bottom have deadzones, I place a screen in the center of the tube and load about .1g and have the spring press the herb down a bit. The original filter gets clogged easily and isn't easily cleaned.

I recommend getting screens. And killing the button. I don't understand how someone uses this without always pressing the button.

@punk_penguin, I posted this back on page 9 for the first T-Vape version but found it still works with the TV 2.0 Hope maybe it'll help.

... I know this was quick but my new method of using the tVape that works :
load ground herb
lay screen in chamber (I like the small ones) Don't poke it in like I thought yesterday .
remove the ceramic piece from the Nipple

(Now the most important Part IMO)

turn it on and let it get to temp
take a few hits
hold the power button until it blinks green.
take a few hits
Hold the power Again until it blinks
take hits and repeat the hits get bigger Its freckin' cool

when the light is green the unit is waiting for you to power it up and take a hit , it may drop and hold a lower temp on green but to low to vape , its a power on and hit it vape and not a session vape like the DaVinci where it holds the temp when the green light is on . Its kickin' ass today using it like this . so I hope this all makes some sense to you now and to me still in a few hours .
Seems almost too simple that holding the power on until it flashes between hits was all that was missing for me having better luck and not a week of weak sessions
I Hope you all can get the same results .

PEACE ALL, VAPE ON.

Hiya, I couldn't find any reference to a flashing green and yellow/orange light.

Mine charges seemingly fine, and starts heating up, but before it hits green it starts flashing with a yellow/orange/yellow/orange (4 parts) about twice a second for about 15 flashes then turns off.

I've given it a good clean with iso wipes, charged it up, still doing it.
Anyone able to let me know what's happening or what I need to do to fix it?

I've written to the makers, no reply yet, figured I'd throw it out to the community too.

Also, I like my Tvape, and I have a Pax too (copy) that I don't use, however I'd much prefer something with an easier draw. I have an ArizerQ for my home vape and that thing is awesome. Any decent portable vape recommendations that can give me a portable experience similar to my Q?

Cheers!

EDIT: its a version 1.

IDK about your issue but it looks like a dead battery but mine (2.0) never does that....

I let mine go for a good home, a friend, combuster, told me he wants to give vaping a try, I thought the T-Vape is a good beginner choice with solid vapor and really easy to use and clean.

There is a big portable choice in the market actually, but if you want a pen form factor the Storm is a good contender but there is the Inh05 (more expensive), the Herbstick eco (cheap but effective and nice free flow), the Imag (heavy hitter),.....

On page 32 of this thread, Nov. 1st 2014, I posted a positive review of the T-Vape 2.0. After using the device less than 75 times since Sept. 2014, the power control board (PCB) failed completely. I can turn it on, the red power light illuminates for less than ten seconds, then it shuts off - no heat. I tried every combination of fresh batteries to no avail. I immediately contacted Squaresmoke via email and after three attempts to get a reply and over 10 days, I've had no response from them whatsoever.
Necessarily, I must revoke my positive comments and advise prospective purchasers to look elsewhere - such as the Magic Flight Launch Box where the product is superior, the warranty unexcelled and customer service is second to none. It's a shame Squaresmoke will not back their product considering the premium paid for what should have been a very good vaporizer.

Update on my t-vape problem (2 posts above), I got some replies from Squaresmole.
They said it sounds like a battery issue. Mine's a V1.0 so the batteries not removable. They won't tell me how to get it apart, after some googling it doesn't look like anyone's documented how to dismantle it and I couldn't see how to get it apart (I suspect the bottom is a cover but is glued in place).

They suggested I just replace it.

You sound surprised. Sounds like what most 'suits' I know would say.......

They'd love to sell you a new one every few months? No profit in helping you fix it? You get to answer the musical question 'is there maybe a better vape for me out there?'. IMO they'd have done better (higher chance of getting more of your money) offering you a discount to stay loyal to their brand.

Good luck with that one, IMO the general answer is easy (there are lots of great vapes), the tough part is picking the one that best fits?

I'm certainly not surprised. They DID offer me a discount (voucher - I accepted but haven't received it yet) to purchase a new one. So a + to them for that.

An update to my post above regarding a lack of response from Squaresmoke concerning my failed T-Vape 2.0. Happily, I have heard from them and I'm to send my broken unit for their assessment and if they consider it a fault of the device then they will replace it. This is fair and I will be make another post when the matter resolves itself. It certainly makes me feel better to, at the very least, hear back from them. So, necessarily, I cannot say that potential buyers should look elsewhere if, as it seems, they will stand behind their product. And, as I said earlier, I really liked it when it was working.

T-Vape 2.0s on Last Call for $75.00 at PIU,
http://www.puffitup.com/category-s/69.htm

I hit this as my "cell phone" option to go along with my "cordless phone", the Solo. I got my TVape yesterday and would just like to clarify a couple of things with the veterans around here.

1) Is it correct that when you let go of the button, after holding it down to increase the temperature, the vape returns to its base 390*

2) The first time I used it I filled the small chamber, used the big battery, and filled the tube with herb, and then turned it on by pressing the button 5 times. I waited until it was green to hit it and got an huge hit - far more than I expected to the point where I was coughing up a storm. Would it have been better to hit it while it was heating up rather than waiting for it to turn green?

3) The next time I used it I let it heat up and have the button turn green before I loaded the tube. As I loaded it there were some wisps of vapor as the herb touched the hot surface. Is this normal?

4) The battery says 18650 on it and 2200 mAh. I see on Amazon a lot of 18650 batteries with different levels of mAh. Do I need to match the 2200 mAh of the original batteries or can I (and is there some advantage in battery cycle length) get and use 18650s with higher mAh ratings. Is there anything else I should be aware of in purchasing spare batteries for this device?

Something I learned:

After using it for a while, about 5 seconds after turning it on I got flashing lights (red and green, I think) that continued for about 10 flashes and then turned off. The manual says this indicates a bit of metal getting between the battery and the tube. I disassembled and cleaned that area but to no avail - it kept happening. Then it occurred to me that maybe that wasn't the problem. On a hunch I decided it might be that the battery was just depleted and needed to be charged. So I put the battery in the charger. I got worried because that red light on the charger stayed on a LOOOONG time. So I started to worry about a dud battery. But then the green light came on. And when I took the freshly charged battery and tried it my problem had gone away.

1) I think it goes even lower, I get literally no vapor when the button is released and never held.

2) No, hitting while it heats up will probably get you one really good hit or a few, I would say you're going to get used to how to inhale with it and you are going to get used to how quickly its filling your lungs, that normally an issue for the first time anyone uses a new vape they underestimated.

3) Sounds normal vapor starts forming as soon as it hits a material hot enough to form the offgas.

4) I use these from Amazon, I get a GOOD three 8 minutes bowls before I notice its not hitting like a charged battery. I have also used my XMAX 2 battery. I don't think there is too much too worry about on the battery end.

Well, I loved it the day I got it. Using the Tvape felt a lot like smoking a joint (especially if you leave your herbs in for the initial heat up, which seems to get hotter than when in use).

However, all morning I've been trying to get it to work and I'm just getting the green/red/yellow blinking ring that the manual describes to me as needing to clean the battery and herb tube. I did both, and switched batteries just in case but I'm still getting that lit up ring :\.

When the herb tube isn't connected it's red for a little bit then shuts off.

EDIT: it appears to be working with the shorter herb tube... I wonder what's wrong with the longer one?
