US and Canadian purchases will be handled by Vgoodiez while I look after the UK/EU and everyone else.

A couple of people asked about the materials being used and I skirted round the question.
With the release being so close its time to put some minds at ease.

I said 'industry proven safe and reliable'.
As standard each TA goes out with 2 grams, approximately 55, 3mm borosilicate glass beads in the lid held in with a SS screen.
The test crew have used rubies, SiC and cubic zirconia. All perform well with their respective heating and cooling properties changing the way the TA delivers the goods.

The surface area in those little lids is much greater than any comparable vapes.
The flavour is less muted and metallic tasting.

Trying to work out some basic instructions which would be understood without writing it all down in different languages was always going to be a challenge. Hopefully a picture helps get the idea over.

I figured the Anvil was as well-engineered as you could get in this style… but this looks amazing.

So smart. Love the idea of swapping in different ball materials to tweak the performance. Mind sharing what the beta testers experienced?

I am waiting to order one to put on an oww hybrid stem. I am mainly interested in seeing how well it performs for concentrates. I did want to say I appreciate you are making them available without forcing people to buy your stem. I wish I could but since I already have some that need to be put to service I am glad I don't have to buy more than I need.

@cx714 the results were pretty much as expected.
Glass heated and cooled fastest.
Rubies took a little more time to come to temp but the heat was available for longer.
SiC longer still and again held heat longer.
We are talking seconds difference.

The CZ are in the SS slim prototype which is enjoyed everyday. That heater matrix held 100 3mm faceted stones. Bigger surface area again.

No one has said anything detrimental.
The SiC user said there was no going back to glass.

@Abysmal Vapor a durable portable ball vape. The Ti means we can also use IH heating.

@gotbadvas nearly all my videos are rayon and extracts.

As I've said this is all evolving and new ideas are in the works.

Hmm looks like it performs nicely. I like the idea of it. I feel like this can be really low maintenance way to dab with an almost joint like session experience. No need to qtip or anything. It doesn't look like you are wasting any of the material either. I may hold off on ordering a new banger until I get this in.

@gotbadvas vaping extracts like this is a different buzz to dabbing, so I've been told. It's perfect for myself as I prefer the mellow toking session over the kick in the head of a dab.

I've made so many stems it would have been rude not to offer an 8mm version. I couldn't alienate the people who have and continue to support me in all this.

If anyone has issues with the TA in PP stems I will look after them.
I cannot say how well other makers pieces will cope with the extra heat so please be careful especially with any thin walled wood glued to liners.

Thanks for sharing all the great info. This may have been answered already, forgive me if I missed it but I am wondering if the heater matrix is user replaceable.

If I wanted to play around with different beads or gem stones is that something that I can do as a user, or are they sealed in place?

Cheers.

And are stems swappable or is WPA/stem/8mm options affixed with some sort of glue/epoxy etc?
Looks like the Thermal Accumulator has "universal" (i.e. 8mm) compatibility, so the stem and wpa offering is just that TA and a beautiful add on, not something glued together. (The picture here and or on ig and or vgez show the little 8mm plug with the orings)

@SonicBacon first to ask as I've only just let on what's under the hood.
Yes the matrix is user replaceable. There's a spare screen and I'll do a video. It's a little tricky but not impossible. The matrix screens are 13mm. Bowle screens fit but aren't as stiff. The new design will make it much easier.

@Abele Rizieri Ferrari that's correct.
@Texus the Bocote and Olive do not come to pieces.
The TA has been made to fit 8mm bore stems. Tolerances permitting.
The Omni condenser will not work.

@flyin911 I would recommend setting a stopwatch. Run some empty bowls and take a few draws so you can gauge the heat being generated.
Absolutely no doubt there is a learning curve.
Keeping the heat as far away from the bowl, as per my picture, is the way to go until you are familiar with how it works.
The heater matrix is incredibly forgiving and you can take the top of it to cherry red and still not combust.
This isn't the vape for everyone and I know using a torch will put a lot of people off. Next year should see a timed IH which makes it a much simpler device to use.
@ShayWhiteGrow has posted plenty of videos and my YouTube channel has footage from the very first attempts.

I encourage people to ask as many questions as they like. The more the better as it'd be nice for everyone to enjoy the TA to its fullest.

I've being lurking this a few weeks, and this vape looks amazing . Since it is not in the upcoming section, how could i get one? And how much is the price?
And one more thing, the TA is compatible with dinavap stems, right?but the ones in olive wood, are compatible too? Or are an only piece?
Thanks in advance.

If you're in US via vgoodiez, otherwise directly through PP. it's not yet available though (no idea why it is no longer in unreleased?), should be somewhere this week :)

It's a similar 8mm connection so in principle it should work with DV stems. The heat will make some type of stems less suitable.

This should answer your other questions: https://vgoodiez.com/products/thermal-accumulator-by-phattpiggie. The TA itself can be used stand alone, even if you buy it as a set with wpa or stem.
