Whilst I enjoy the titanium stock stem, imo glass can't be beaten for taste and cooling.

Glass is from pharrowglass. Thick colorful glass with cooling spiral in.

This post on cleaning I have bookmarked might help. It covers a break-down and clean with pics. There was definitely a post with a fully disassembled Ti T2 laid out a bit back in the thread, gonna let you do the work finding it though, sorry.
