Hey, posting this here since the other thread is deserted. I ordered an xlr 2.0 early saturday afternoon. I am wondering, for the people who ordered directly from sublimator: Did you get a message/email saying when the package has left? because I have no such message and am getting impatient (they said usually leaves within 2 days). It is now Wednesday. With a long weekend coming up (Canada day) that includes my birthday I am very antsy to get this thing and try it. Also I only live about 5-6 hours drive from where the sublimator is actually made so IMO it shouldn't take so long, the last thing i ordered came from NY in less than a week. Does sublimator not work on the weekends like the post office? that would suck lol

I was charged Saturday june 21st. I am not worried that it is not here I am worried it hasn't even been sent out yet, I was under the impression that they usually send things out within 2 days ( read somewhere don't remember where) But not entirely sure if you get a message once it is shipped. I have 3 emails all on the 21st one that welcomes me, one to confirm order, and one that said payment has been accepted. On my sublimator account its also just been sitting there at "payment accepted" for days

I am probably paranoid for nothing but it would suck if i had to wait until wednesday or later to get this thing, considering i live pretty close and no customs to get through. Did anyone else get a message that says the date it left the sublimator shop? or just accepted payment and it showed up? thanks.

Well i faced the same situation and Vincent answering on support@sublimator.ca is the one in charge of the orders, he always reply if your are in the system. My order have been processed whithin 1-2 weeks but my case was hard. I flipped hard at first to be charged but then all went smooth, fair trade.

I just took a kitchen steel wool pad with bleach on it to my upper atomizer looks like new. Only after do I find out steel wool and bleach are two things bad for stainless steel. Oh well my atomizer is cleaner than ever. So fresh so clean.

Now Sublimator reccomends to clean your atomizer everyday.

If it's really important to you to get it for the weekend, you could order it from PlanetVape and then cancel your original order. They've almost always shipped same day and it's usually 1 maybe 2 days to Montreal.

I wont support planet vape , my IP address has been banned since trying to write a negative product review there. If that's how they want to do business then fine, they wont get a penny from me because that's a really shady way of doing business. How do I know my IP is banned? Well, pv works at all my friends houses. It works on my cell phone, it doesn't work when cell phone is connected to wifi and it hasn't worked on my computer at home since the day I tried to send in a bad review (months ago)

If I knew it was going to take this long I honestly would have just driven to quebec to buy the thing in person. I live an hour and a half from montreal and a few hours from where sublimator is at. edited: I finally recieved an email from sub and they explained that it was because quebec was having a holiday at the beginning of the week lol. cool for them sucks to me , because of that im prob stuck without a sub this weekend of festivities , fingers crossed though.

Hey guys. Just ordered the xlr 2.0 adapt a sub from PV. My water tool has a reservoir already for catching sublimate. Moved up from q, volcano and now this.

I have some questions for you guys. How long does it take for sublimate to build up with normal usage?

While I'm at it, is there any benefit to getting the full unit instead of just the adapt a sub? Other than the little screw cap that allows to collect sublimate easier.

Thank you in advance and sorry in advance if these questions have already been answered on a previous page that I missed. I did try to find it first.

depending on frequency of use, and quality of materials, sublimate takes a few loads of repeat use to start forming. I get more if I am vaping bubble hash or really potent buds. It kind of varies from person to person so it's hard to say for sure how long it will take for you to start getting it. Honestly, I prefer the adapt a bong version myself, because I have so many glass pieces to use already. If you choose to use your own glass, be sure it's sturdy and won't tip easily with the sub on it. It needs to be bottom heavy, preferably with a wide base. Some prefer the "tube and hose" version, but it's not the only way to get full enjoyment from the sub. You can also get external oil catching adapters.

Well let us know if you get your sublimator, or hear anything about your order.... I'm in the same boat your in, except I ordered even earlier on 6/19, still no tracking or no updates.....

Sorry for you guys waiting with no updates, never easy, been there.

I cleaned the whole atomizer again because it is f*cking important to do it. it gunks hard (i am a no dabb person), many calcinated/overcooked particles sitting here for hours on a 200+°C pan. And the sublimate is a product of all that sh*t sitting. I hitted clean device few times to get it back on dabox.

3 more days. Picked up a hornets nest ash catcher to throw on my unit for the oil. Should all pool into a nice spot in there and maybe make for a nice vapor show.

I got the adapt a sub xlr 2.0 kit with the titanium head. I'm glad I read up on the cleaning. The stand that comes with the ash catcher can double as a ISO soak for it when not in use (the atty). Looking forward to not wasting as much as possible. After seeing the byproduct, its good to know I won't have to ever mess with butane.

Time I can finally use my volcano for culinary arts. I loved it as my last main unit, but I always find myself shoveling in more cause of tolerance. I could go a few days without and start over, but the pain gets harsh. Knowing I can just dip my finger in and throw it on my gums in a pinch is great (I hope). The simplicity and amount of ...recyclable material saved compared to everything else I can only imagine how much money it also saves.

Gotta love the power of imagination.

How many of you currently use the UFO on a regular basis? I'm really interested in it, but it's pretty expensive considering all you're buying is some stainless steel and a design. Is it worth it? Keep in mind I already use a Lotus with my waterpipe, and it's great. I'm just wondering if it gets better results, and/or effects compared to any other flower vaporizer? I use a titanium nail for my concentrates, so I like the idea of using the same torch for everything, whether it's flower or wax.

Placed an order for the medical TI dabmaster kit on 6/19.... When it arrives I will def. post a detailed revue on all!! Got everything ready for that badboy to arrive, just waiting in vain!!!

I believe you can put it on your gums, swallow it or dab it. Pretty much anything you want to since its already activated.

I keep hearing that the sublimate taste amazing could anyone elaborate more please? Does it taste like the strain? Lemon and so on. Since the flavor profile in the sublimate is still there, if you vape certain strains (strawberry or mint) together, would the sublimate taste a hint of mint strawberry a little or is it more of a THC flavor? That specific flavor you get from pure extracts. Not with Bho and such.

Would be awesome if we could flavor our sublimate specifically from the strains we use. Strawberry and lemon haze to make strawberry lemonade flavor. Especially since its ready to use out of the gate.

Btw, sorry in advance if I ask questions twice. I try to read as much as possible, but my ptsd kind of took my short term memory. I do my best to not post things I think of twice so if I do, please let me know and ill def take care of it right away. The last thing I want to do is sound like an asshole because I keep asking the same questions. Thank you in advance.

If you are dabbing which i am not it seems obvious sublimate is a classic reclaim for the non vaped dabs. Typically, ill consider it less sitting and frying than non dab sublimate

UFO can be fun but needs some learning curve, dunno if there is Ti-UFO now but SS+torch is negative to me. UFO should be bought to prepare to electrical design. If you can pay for UFO then...

You can do concentrate dab in Lotus dude!

It tastes like the materials you putted in you device priorly. My sublimate does not taste good at all because i do not do dab, just like fried stuff but is potent and prolly full of carcinogens. Experiment and tell us.


In all your reading i think there is some emphasis about sublimate i overpassed. Basic reclaimer for dabs and resin coating+overcooked particles for no dabs.

But @Enrico told us so: clean your atomizer regularly!!
