Even the other way around doesn't seem possible. 3/32 is only .094, which left us with .406 to divide by two (for wall thickness). Why would you want such a thick wall (.203)?
I bought the 3/8 ID, 1/5 OD. maybe that's what he got.
Edit. he beat me to it.
The 1/4" ID, .375" OD is the perfect size and like i said, this tubing is medical grade and is very thick but very

Naw I wrote the wrong size. I actually got 1/4" ID, .375" OD.

Great, it's easier to understand 1/4 (2/8)" id, 3/8" od though
Just thinking that 1/4" seems too big for the le mouthpieces?
.25" is exactly the od of the metal tubing,
so it seems like something smaller may be needed for the hose to stay on.
I think on that list I might try the 0.188" x 0.313" size.
I believe it's the same size as standard aquarium tubing, which on amazon is just called,
"standard 3/16" diameter tubing". 3/16 = .188.
It does seem a little big and initially will seem a little big but it creates a somewhat suction with the tube and the mouthpiece and it does work for the LE kit. However, I'm sure the next size down will slip right on fine but i like the biggest tube i can possibly get so that it creates the most airflow. And like i said, initially i thought i had ordered the wrong tubing but once i let it sit for a second, it was perfect. Another thing to think about is that not all sizes are available in short lengths. For instance, i think the least amount you can get is a 10 foot tube and you can cut it as long or short as you want. But the size I ordered, the smallest length they sell it in is 25 feet. It's only about $1 per foot so no big expense either way but if you want the tubing to be super snug, go with the size you said. I just looked back at my order on amazon and the size i said above is correct. It has a very thick, heat resistant wall which causes the OD to be bigger.
Here's a picture of the tubing i got:
