Milaana. Lana. LANA. LANAAAA! (TM2/TP80/BAK/FW9)
No, it's not. Neither are the log vapes that I was comparing it to.
When I first started vaping in 2014 I got the HA because I wanted to try different methods of vaping so that I could narrow down what would be ideal to my tastes. The HA allowed me to use a bag, a whip, direct draw or turn it over into glass. As I got better at using it I found ways to spill the crucible out so it would stop cooking when I wasn't drawing but that wasn't really how it was designed to work. I was improvising.
These days I have different vapes that work better for all the different ways I like to vape, but I am nearly always using something on demand because I like to be in charge rather than the vape shaping my behavior. That is usually either an RBT vape (any of them) or a VapCap because those give me exactly what I want most of the time.
Yeah so I guess I meant some people like to use the Splinter like an instant log sometimes. Most session vapes are slow to heat up and most on demand vapes are instant, but not always. I also much prefer instant on demand, though my logs heat up pretty quick and then become just like instant on demand in use with the wall as their power source. I have been using the Aero a bit as session experimentation after my Fury2, but I am with you I much prefer on demand. So even with my Splinter in autofire and my Tubo in cruise I still don't think of them as session vapes, but another way to enjoy my on demand pure convection favorites!
