Just reporting my experiences but Ryan has always responded to my emails, and sent an address confirmation for Zion, but not Mi.
I think this was because of the 4/20 delivery and the surprise factor.
I say this just to show that he does care about his customers, he is just trying to get product out the door, and in customers hands. He is not a friend of mine, nor do I wear rose colored anything.
In my "perfect world" RBT will bring Stickstones on board to help out with customer service. I know Sticks has smoothed out all the wrinkles for us MV owners in the US.
If you read that thread before Sticks got involved, the complaints are very similar to this thread.
Ahhh what a perfect world it would be!
I also wanted to let y'all know how Mi has been getting along at work.
Although all the "pieces" don't have a home like they do in Zion, my shorty stem fits nice with a spare battery and toothpick in the battery cases that were sent with both Mi & Zi.
I carry Mi in the front pocket of my britches all day with battery inserted. I'm a carpenter and often carry things that rub against my pockets, and I also wear a tool pouch. I haven't had any accidental button pushes in the two work days with Mi.
I think it's safe to say, I won't have any trouble with false firings.
The Mi is almost a perfect work vape for me, only trouble is the lack of regulation.
It's not that I have trouble with technique, it's the fact that I need to be regulated at work! I have a perfect low temp setting established on Zi, that gives a nice uplifting effect.
With Mi I have trouble holding back, I like to lean on the button too much!
This heater when pushed to high temp, is the closest to hitting a joint that I've experienced with vaporizing.
It also has the stoniest (is that a word?) signature that I've experienced.
