If its an older "lifetime" warrantee model Im sure Ryan will fix it. If not you could do what I do. I bought a DDave cooling mouthpiece that was really for my Tubo. It wouldn't fit the "M" without being wobbly. So I took a small piece of Alu can and made a shim. The shim is about 1/2" by !" oval shaped and slides down into the female joint.It has the added benefit of keeping the mouthpiece recessed from the heater screen too because of the reduced ID of the female joint. You could use one , like a patch, to cover the damage until you get it fixed. Pretty safe to use since you have the screen to block any "potential, glass bits. You could always put a second screen in your mouthpiece to catch anything that got by the first screen. Really not a problem IMHO. Definitely contact RBT to see IF Ryan will take care of it. ME thinks he will!
