Finally got my PN and WT. Quick question... When I plug in PN for the first time to charge my light just remains solid blue. The instructions say that it should be blinking blue while charging. I am going to leave it plugged in just in case. Anyone else's do this?

The WT is sexxxy! Cant wait to try it.. The PONG piece I got is that tinted color, which I like) Prob will just use it exclusively instead of the mp. Will try both tho first!

Mine went solid blue the first time as well. However, it is recommended (although I'm not 100% sure it's necessary) that you leave it charging for at least a few hours so that the device will properly monitor its battery life. You could also just charge it overnight and use it tomorrow. I left mine on solid blue for about 5 hours before using it.

The Pinnacle will only blink when it senses battery life is below 80%. And this value is not really accurate (has to do with estimates and battery voltage profiles). This is actually why you need to charge your unit fully when you receive it. It allows the battery circuit to get an accurate read on the battery charge level.

Even if your Pinnacle is not blinking when on the charger, it is still charging. So you don't have a defective unit, you just haven't been taxing the battery level too much.

You may Boil your Mouthpiece with screen installed, it will not harm that plastic. You do not want to boil the tips, as they are a lower temperature plastic. FYI we have discontinued flavor tips for Pinnacle, new units will receive a black and a clear tip.

So far so perfect. it was on the charger for 4 hrs... bullet fairly packed a tad over 3/4, medium to smaller grind. Been ripped for 3 hrs... Never took it off low, never hit auto shutoff... Sat down 3-4 times and got clouds - bullet not spent yet. WT was used as well. This thing is sick. Love it.

The Pinnacle by itself with discount code P10 is $161 shipped. With the water tool it's $251. Anybody know anything about this company?

It seems a little weird. I noticed on the pinnacle product page, the Overview, Warranty, and Product Info are copied straight from GotVape. They even left in the "POWER PACK, GotVape.com Exclusive".

Yeah and the "Thats over a 25% savings what are you waiting for?" product info window is there as well. I see these guys are based out of Broward county Florida . . .

America basically ran out of the glass joint needed to make them. I called every glass company I knew and couldn't find any. Problem solved, back orders from ebay, Gv and me will all start shipping next week. Also, we are working with a new company that is doing a heady version, I'll post pics soon.

Well wish I wasnt posting now, but rather enjoying a nice buzz. Driving home from work decide to use my PN.. Only my second bullet ever through the PN.. Still on its first charge, was charged 4 hrs prior to first use. Push button once.. Let blue light blink 3-4 times.. Decided I was not quite ready to heat it up.. ..hold down button for 2 secs, unit goes off. I placed the unit on my passenger seat beside me. About 1 minute later get bad smell like electronics or something burning... Was in construction zone on hwy, thought it was the big work machines that stunk... Rolled down windows let car air out for sec.. Roll up windows, pick up PN in order to use.. The unit was almost too hot to touch towards the base of the unit (below the power button).. Took a big sniff and holy shit its my PN burning up from the inside... . Still 1 hr later now, the PN is still uncomforably hot to touch.. Hope this battery doesnt go up in flames or something... I have seen lipoly batts (Not really sure what is in the PN) do that in the past. Was ready to throw it out the window if needed.. Now its in my backyard on my grill.. Hoping the heat goes away, but relatively sure my unit is toast.

So bummed... Waited since beginning of thread to have the $$ for this.. Im sure they will replace it.. BUT - kinda scary huh

I believe one page back engineer said there were some bad units that got through QC so maybe you are one of the lucky ones. Call so you can get a replacement.

should i contact GV (where I got it) or TRVP about the unit?

I am already very anxious about getting my hands on a replacement..I hope its fast!. Really upset about this one, as I absolutely loved the unit thus far.. Meantime I will enjoy my WT

To get the tinted mouthpieces i went to thevaporblunt.com hit PONG into the search bar and it bought up the clear ones. They called me back and said just order that and in the shipping details box where you can write comments put please give me the black tinted one :) It's on the way! I think it just plain looks better on the Pinnacle.
