It would be really awesome if there was a way to make glass mouthpieces. I wonder if that's humanly possible.
I wonder if they could change the material? Would acrylic be any better?I hope that isn't the case, but we certainly will not be spending 25k to change the mouthpiece molds.
Humanly possible? Probably. Am I going to attempt it? No.
One thing I need to explain is the business aspect of this. Once something is done its done. There is no changing it. Molds cost 50-100k per product. The only resolution to this if it turns out that the MP can not be cleaned without fogging is that we will turn the clear pieces into already foggy pieces, unfortunately. I hope that isn't the case, but we certainly will not be spending 25k to change the mouthpiece molds. Like I said earlier, there have been very few problems ive seen that my team can not solve, I do not anticipate the cleaning of plastic to be one of them.
Do you use them on the mouthpiece and PONG as well? And if so, do you let them air dry after using the wipes?I haven't had an issue yet... I've just used cleaning wipes with the wooden tool and it's been fine....
Update: I had a much more successful session today, by packing the bullet full and heating to orange and then back to blue. The vapor production was much better and the taste was as well. I think my first couple of session I did not have enough weed in the chamber for proper vapor production. I'm liking this better, and the pong adapter should help as well. More to come.

ISO makes some plastics fog like that, also IIRC the structural integrity is eventually compromised. Like jam (i think it was) mentioned, old acrylic bogs fogged out like that... if 50% ISO works and doesn't fog it up, why not just use 50% ISO instead of 91% or something?
toros...I thought engineer said to not use the usb cord for charging...am i wrong? And nice setup!
Yes, I did yesterday when it was probably 50% charged but not sure how long it took.
Sounds like the jury is still out (currently surrounding Frankenstein's castle). Announcement mid-week from the good doctor. So what is the general consensus on how to clean this? I do not want to be boiling...
Hi toros, thanks for your reply. So at this time have you been successful in recharging COMPLETELY the PN with your external battery ?
Because your battery is rated 1860 mAh, but i think it's for an usb @ 3.7 volts. If it's a 5 volt USB output (i'am not sure but it's what the PN need) it will be at most 75% of that (1395 mAh)...so maybe it was not a full charge ?
