T-dub, did you fog that bitch on low or high temp? That's great to hear you're getting thick clouds with your VXL glass. How about the Pinnacle WT?

Using high temp all the time. The water tool is so small that it doesn't lend itself to show. Its definitely effective though because it really wipes out almost all feedback from the device. Which is good from a medication standpoint but makes the initial learning a little more difficult.

that's great, tdub...how were you hitting to fill the can? I could fill my matrix, but after that the rest of my draw would wisp it out. I wonder if there is a technique involved, since I am the only one that didn't love it on a bubbler.

I think for the best "show" really packing the bullet and allowing a heat up time so you get conduction going is critical. I was impressed that the Pinnacle resisted being completely overrun as much as it did considering how small it is. Yes, you can get the vapor to thin out a little, but it keeps coming, and is visible on exhale so . . .

man...I feel like the village idiot with this thing. every time i pack it tight it doesn't hit as well. i pack it with a medium grind loosely dropped in and the session knocks me out...but i don't get much on exhale, which makes sense to me given the lower temp settings. im gonna have to go to the lab and mess with the grind and pack and have some fun!

The Davinci Car charger works to charge the Pinnacle as well all : - )

Does that mean we can use both house chargers interchangeably which would be great...one less plug plugged in?

I ordered one of those tools yesterday on ebay. Since sticks mentioned it I figured it was the best way to load with that tiny spoon. I use a bunch of different things to tamper and that is just because what is within reach at the moment.

I think, but not sure yet, like the grind of the scs which is fairly fine in the bullet. It seems to give the best results.

Belgian, can you compare a little of the workings of the pure convection cera and the PN? I know the cera isn't pure either since the ceramic heats and stays hot forever so conduction has to happen but they say it is pure so I really am curious about your thoughts. I got this instead of the cera cause of the switch and this can be fully cleaned as well which was my concern.

Sticks, how does the Pinnacle compare to the Solo? I know the Pinnacle has less restrictive air flow, but how about clouds and how medicated you get as compared to the Solo? Is herb efficiency good?

The Solo gives me more visible vapor and has more temp options, but the PN gets me just as medicated and it's stealth. that's the big thing is the solo is not stealth...I love that vape but I ain't using it if I think I'll be in someone's view. I can tell you this, I used the Solo last week for the first time in a long time, and that was to compare it to the PN. Otherwise, I'm using the PN (mostly) and the FVS2. The Solo used to be my only portable I wouldn't part with. But now I that spot is taken up by the PN and the GVG. I actually made a list today of my vapes that I would trade away and I was on the fence about the Solo, but the PN was never a candidate.

I typically use small loads maybe .08 to. .10 g in my PVHES shorty stem. IDK, I think a Pinnacle bullet holds about .2g. My question is can you get good performance with the Pinnacle packing just a half load in the bullet?

Yes. You can use the DV wall chager as well. They are interchangeable.

I weighed the load yesterday for both the PVHES stem with a slightly domed screen and the bullet. I only have a scale that goes to one decimal place unfortunately. I packed them well. The bullet read .1 and the stem read .2.

First I want to say thanks to everyone in this forum for the excellent feedback, just joined after reading and enjoying everyone's posts (and had to get this Pinnacle ) . It's also great to see a company involved with the forum as much as TRVB and Engineering.

That said I have some problems.

1. Received this amazing tool and fully charged for 4+ hours. Blue light was solid and had a "bullet in the chamber" and I was off like Medical Mark on his great videos. Switching it all up with the water tools and native. Wonderful! After 2 sessions put it back on the charger and blue light showed solid still. Left it overnight and had great dreams of my new friend.

This morning was greeted by the friendly blue light so loaded her up and pressed her button. I think it flashed green, orange, fast blue, then dark. Pressed button again and just fast blue. Tried a few different button presses but nothing.

So I thought I will let her fully charge again and plugged her back in and it showed the charging slow blue flash. Still 6 hours later showing blue flash so I tried to press her button again. Fast blue flash then dark. . Probably have to return but I thought I would ask about a possible reset in the circuitry because I would assume that is where the problem is.

2. Pictures of the red tip after 1 or 2 slow pulls. Used to pulling on the MFLB so not a complete rookie.

Melted right together. (But tasted good!) Using on low setting at the time and air flow did not feel "too warm".

I hate to come on here and talk about these negatives because after the first 2 sessions I am in love. I thought I would post on here just to keep the feedback open so that this product is perfected.

Great job so far TRVB and Engineering. I know that my problems are probably just bad luck. If you could let me know if there is a trick to the first problem that would be great if not I guess I will have to return to GV.

Thanks Dreamerr, I guess the bullet is smaller than I thought ... That's okay with me though, the Pinnacle is probably pretty efficient with herb...

It would be efficient if I wasn't using it so much lol. I actually used the solo and PN yesterday after I deaded the PN. I do vape a lot but I think I am doing a bit more to do extensive testing with my neurotic self. I still have to do my car test but not leaving the house for a few more days.

If someone else that has a two decimal scale can weigh the load that would be great. I will say I get just as medicated off either one. I have been dumping the loads after one use but can easily use them twice and still get vapor.

As to the melted tips, I believe you're the second person to have that happen. Do you need to use those tips or can you just breathe directly through the mouth piece? I just placed my order and didn't order any flavored tips...

lovinlivinlife...great to have you here and nice first post. make sure you go ahead and initiate with gotvape right away, as the formal lines of communication will get you resolved quicker than here. my unit has never behaved the way yours is, so maybe defective?

You do not need to use the tips at all and I found like most people on here that for native use the pong adapter was the best for me. But the standard MP works also without the tips.

I just liked the idea of having multiple ways of using the device so ordered the flavored tips also.

So you can use the mouthpiece directly, and it doesn't get to hot for your lips?

No neither the pong or regular mouth piece get even warm IMO. I am now using the long glass extension, pics a few pages back, but there is no issue using it the way it is. I extended the path for my throat plus I like the feel of glass.

My unit never gets anything near hot anywhere on the body even when used for 10 minutes on high temp.

Mine does get pretty warm, but I've been vaping it on just the high setting. I'll try it on low a bit more and see if i like it that way.

My body gets hot towards the end of a session right under the mouth piece above those three slits, but I can still hold it there if I was inclined.

I do believe that color pattern indicates an almost dead battery. If you have charged it for 3-4 hours and still are receiving that light indicator you will need to return your unit for a new one. You're more than welcome to return the unit through us if you'd like.

As for the flavored tip it now has my full attention. On Monday I will head to my engineer and figure out what's happening. In the meantime I would suggest people skip the flavored tip until I can get some answers

I'm not sure what they will want back, you need to contact our customer service department and start a claim. Just explain to them your situation and that TRVB said you could warranty with us. They will need your GV receipt. Let me know if you have any problems

well, im out of the lab and up to speed. just went through two bullets of finely ground stuff, the second one with a little kief in there. i hit it through my matrix and really liked it. it hit forever; in fact, each bullet took two cycles...so it's charging now. both bullets were full of dark brown duff that was thoroughly and evenly browned throughout. perfect for the trash, which is good when hitting this out and about...no need to try and keep the duff, just ditch it. i like this thing the more i use it and it's getting more and more use.

I do too man... I feel like I'm almost becoming a fanboy. The Pax was my go-to for awhile, but there's just something about the Pinnacle that makes me keep picking it up; so versatile. It doesn't blow you away with anything... it just does it's job really well. It's consistent performer.

Haha, I guess its the nerd in me but I did the same.
A clean empty bullet weighs 1.2 in mine and loaded usually 1.4, and 1.5 a couple times. But I don't fill to the flared end, I feel like it's too packed then.
