I like how suburban Americans will shit and piss themselves over the concept of a "15 minute City" but choose to vacation in places like Vegas, Disney World, or horrific cruise ships. You know, all places where you can access a variety necessities, treats and entertainments within a 15 minute walk of your bed.

I'm in Depoe Bay, OR. It's the film location of the boat scene in One Flew Over the Coo-Coo's Nest. There are many whale watchers watching.

The thing that looks like a floating inner tube is a whale hanging out in front of my timeshare. Apparently, Depoe Bay is known as the hangout of a grey whale pod, pretty much year round.
