Sculpture a miniature shark out of ice... gently put in whiskey glass. Add whiskey.......

Made for Japanese whiskey firm Suntory by TBWA\Hakuhodo, a Tokyo-based creative agency.

A grand old establishment, The Detroit Michigan Theater... a beautiful movie theater that was once home to acts from The Marx Brothers, Benny Goodman, and Bob Hope to rock bands like David Bowie and the Stooges. It's now a parking garage.

With great acoustics !
Indeed! :D

Another example of Detroit's wonderful preservation of it's architecture would be Little Harry's. It was the last building of this type of architecture left in the city and had housed a restaurant for years. Anita Baker wanted to buy it and turn it into a night club... or so she said. The historical society fought the purchase for a couple years. Anita Baker won and contrary to what she said, tore it down and built an International House of Pancakes on the site. It closed one year later and sits on the site empty.

Paka, did you read the copy below the pics.

"Kenji Croman has broken bones, dislocated his shoulder and elbow, endured concussions and nearly drowned several times. A 10-foot wave landed directly on top of him five years ago, bending his body to the point that he actually kicked himself in the head.

"I literally heard every bone in my body crack," he said.

You are correct my friend. When I spoke about that 10ft wave landing on me and being in the hospital for a week, that was at Sandys 2010 I think it was. I've gotten hurt so many times at Sandys but this time was different, it was one of those days I just had a bad feeling about. The conditions were not even nice either, it was stupid. I did a scorpion and heard all of my bones crack (like cracking your knuckles) it was bad. I thought I broke my back, in fact I was almost positive I did.. I still don't know how I drove home, I laid in the sand for a while and pure adrenaline got me up. The next morning I couldn't feel my arms or legs, it felt like pins and needles.

Anyways braddah, I'm sure you know about Sandys too. Be safe and maybe you're a local too? If so, come say hi one day. Shoots... - Kenji
