A woman in West Virginia snapped a one-in-a-million shot of a tree being struck by lightning.
Anthony Conn, a weekend anchor for WCHS, posted the photo to his Twitter account. The photo was sent to him by a woman named Debbie Parker in Hardy County, West Virginia.
Oh we are so important and we matter so much...we ain't shit. All this political crap, all this hate and bickering...why? Again, we are so small in the grand scheme of things...we are even tiny in our own solar system!

I love talking about space and space tech. I love the speculation, I love the images. I love the science and I love the fascination that many of us have with what is out there as opposed to what is in here. But my life is spent here on this planet. It is only on this world that I have any influence at all and it is this world that I care most about and about how it progresses Scientifically and socially. This is where I live.
