This bottom pic is the Umquah Lighthouse by Reedsport Or along the Oregon Coast. Where the Umquah River meets the Pacific Ocean. We visited there 30 years ago and visited several times since. A very nice state park.
There are thousands of lighthouses in the world. Many are very old, a caretaker in the night bringing sailors home. They all have a story to tell. I love the history.
