The dude needs a serious shampooing... that should keep me busy for a bit.

This is actually really steep and slick, I almost killed myself getting down. He can only get traction on the moss, even with 4-leg drive...! (his nails need to be clipped).... ok, bath-time (shower really) for bonzos...! Or is that BOZOS...?! Yes, I am about to shower with my dawg!

Got pretty close to the groundhog during an afternoon clover blossom/dandelion snack:
Rocky hasn't seen the groundhog yet, thank god, they're a pretty slow, easy target... it's the chipmunks, squirrels and rabbits that drive him (and me) nutz... like this little cotton tail that's always there lounging in the cool grass waiting to pull his (our) chain:
The Spot:
Looking up at the Spot from the water's edge:
Looking at the big rock (center) that is the Spot from the side:
Water Lilies opening up to the sun:
(I think I prefer pink.... today!)
Another common wild scrub/shrub with kinda cool looking flowers, Sumac (the non-poisonous variety
):
And some more wonderful smelling Sweetfern:

A pano of the Spot (note the knucklehead fell in the mud at a dif pond we checked out earlier... soooo mad!!) The place to sit on the moss is at the very end, I was about halfway down....:
And the Blocko exhausted after another double shampooing (almost got all the pine sap off his belly this time!):
He LOVES being covered if it's cool... and he's with me soooooo.....
