An olivewood Nomad would be sweeeeet. Should one of those come out, would current Nomad owners be able to purchase just a body and swap it out themselves? Or buy multiple bodies or other parts to mix and match?
I better get a change bucket/piggy bank goin.....
In a further email Dan sent, the price would rise to $300 for the standard Nomad and will rise accordingly with the choice of materials/woods selected
Reading all the positive comments made about the artistic aspect and the desire for acquisition, which I certainly agree with, I'm thinking the Nomads may appreciate in value a bit.
It'd be sacrilege if anyone sold one purely for profit though. We'll have to lobby the mods to ban anyone listing one for sale on the forum purely for profit, LOL.
@tepictoton, you'll have to pry mine out of my cold dead hands.
No need to lobby. It's already against the rules to sell anything for a profit. We'll have to lobby the mods to ban anyone listing one for sale on the forum purely for profit, LOL.
February's still probably an estimate as far as I know. It's best not to rush a man making this kind of art. However long it takes though I am sure it will be worth the wait!So....if these are still on track to ship in February, that means we're gonna see finished versions of these sometime with the next 2 1/2 weeks. Just sayin'.
I hope @Dan Morrison will post individual photos of Nomads from the first batch. Then we will have a contest for the most beauty one.
