I just use whatever is on hand but the basic equation is fruits+fats+liquid+superfoods(ie. maca, raw cacao, spirulina, acai powder, lucuma, camu camu, i could go on for dayss)

Maca is amazing, i just started using it a week or so ago. If you like Maca you should try Raw Cacao Nibs, or Beans, or powder. These raw chocolate products are the ultimate energy and health boost.


Off-topic, I'm moving to Costa Rica in November for a few months to escape the winter in Chicago, doing a work-exchange program and the resort is all about these awesome foods like cacao, maca, goji berries, spirulina, and so on. This morning it was in the 40's and i want to leave already :ko:


my smoothie this morning: Mango, Peach, Goji berries(soaked to rehydrate), hempseeds, maca, and the water from soaking the gojis to blend it all together mmmm.
