I use a drop down piece with the D020. I also have a Oregon Glass Blowers J-hook that I like.

Looks really fun, and looks cool having the Lotus stand all by itself on that little piece of glass, but, I like my Lotus as compact as possible, but there are infinite possibilities with glass adapters now a days.
Reminds me of that plastic toy where you clip pieces and parts together to make whatever you want.

The lotus sure makes it fun to experiment with glass, as it's so small and can be connected to pretty much anything you can imagine without any negatives associated. Whereas my lsv is too big to throw in something like that drop down adapter, would just look weird.
I got my lotus simply as a tool to wait for my Zion / Milaana. Pretty sure I'm selling my Daily currently and will be using the Lotus daily (as I have for the past month+), until my new units arrive. Really is fantastic.

I got the drop down for another glass piece but it's nice with my D020 because it does move it out of the face but also my 18mm to 14mm converter is pretty low profile so the stir stick of my Lotus bottoms out and the cap does close completely. Drop down piece resolves that problem.

The LOTUS this way is how I usually medicate.
I have a few others but I don't think it matters!

My friend has the J Hook / ash catcher combo with his Nano, and I surprisingly don't enjoy it as much as I thought I would. I like the Hammer Pipe setup, I have a picture of it a few pages back. Almost the same thing, but no clips or extra pieces, all in 1 glass bubbler pipe
I feel the J Hook and Ash catcher has too much restriction, but maybe that's just his shower head ash catcher. I would love a low diffusion, clean, small looking ash catcher to toss on a J Hook. First I need to replace my broken hammer pipe tho :/
My j hook is on the way ... Hopefully ... No confirmation email, hope I wasn't robbed
Edit: I think the reason is because I see the lotus as a very simple, tiny vape, and adding more pieces takes away from what I enjoy about it I think.

)I must say that I'm impressed with what I saw. It's different reading about the new elements and seeing the pictures rather than seeing for yourself.
Completely no signs of any char.. The wood is in a perfect state. Just some slightly darker colouring on a side of it but that's it, nothing more. Imagine that I have been using it daily for the past month or so with a lot of solid torching and extra heating. The extra ring beneath the plate does make a proper job there. It definitely absorbs a lot of heat.
The only thing that I found it a little bit weird is that the screws, although I put them perfectly on the slots that there are for them, did not screw back as easily as they unscrewed. Probably this should be due to the 1st time of putting them in. I checked the holes and they were pretty neat. So I can imagine that you wouldn't want to do that too many times. The wood will get lose and eventually there will be nowhere to screw them on.
Moreover, it has been mentioned before but its hard to keep up with all the threads so worth mentioning it again that you don't really need a grinder in case that you don't have one. You can just put proper chunks in the bowl and then they get vaked really nice and even!! I do prefer it slightly grinded but still you get the job done even without...

Ive been looking more and more into the lotus and its really appealing to me. Id probably have to buy some sick glass like @BoogerMan but I have been dabbing more and dont have a rig. I think the lotus would be a great alternative. Plus I like my mmj on the high temp side for pain. Im thinking a high temp cap and j hook may be ordered 420

It is my favorite piece to use with the lotus. The lotus is just below eye level and you can very easily see the recycling chamber milk up. I bought it from a member on here a while back.
This site has a couple different ones. Space heady, red Elvis, and full slyme. But the space one is the only female one. I think it is sweet though. The red Elvis or slyme would work too with a drop down to convert it to a female joint.

It should auto apply it. A little yellow bar at topbwhen checking out will say applied then when go to price closest to bottom of screen should come up with discount
Hmm...it is not applying the discount for me. I went all the way to the final page in the checkout and it was still full price.
Edit: I figured it out. It was charging me full price because I had added the Lotus kit to my cart before the sale went into effect. After deleting it from my cart and adding it again, the discount is now showing up. Just wanted to post in case anyone else was running into the same issue.
