The HydroBrick by Sticky Brick Labs

I disagree, because it is a very clear improvement for me. Due to their size, the flip and junior can hardly be compared with the OG or Hydro. The flame there is generally a little further away from the material. That's the way I see it, anyway :-)

Hope my comment didn't come off as trying to undermine your advice because that was not the intention. Just adding some context from my own experience and maybe encouraging a bit of caution just in case.

I used the screen in start but stopped when I got better with the torch

I look at it as training wheels

Also I am using 3x flame torch and still not even dark avb anymore, combusted couple of time in the beginning but then figured out a technique

Think this vape pretty perfect already

PS. I was combusting a lot with the Honest single flame torch

Got so much better with 3x flame because I did not need to "sniper" the flame into the intake, now I just point the tips at the rim of the flair on the glass piece and pull air in, feel like am pulling it through the 3x flames this way, always get instant thick clouds and the heaviest hitter I got

Don't forget to clean your screens!

Oh yes like every 3-4 sessions or sooner, I've destroyed 2 screens with this vape that is fucking power lol.

SBL messaged me to try mineral oil soak on the wood, just getting some clarification on it but I am so stoked to try something potentially faster to remove the odor.

Also I am looking to pick up a Vapeman butane lighter looks like a more powerful version of the Honest lighter that came with the Brick, just can't find it for sale in here yet.

For what it's worth, when I first got mine, I thought larger, stronger lighters would be better.

At least for me, I prefer the smaller, single flame ones. On my SBJ, they're always turned down. On my Maxx, I'd say I set it at normal or average. It's all about flame distance from intake and inhale speed to control what I want. The larger lighters made my error for margin much smaller.

First attempt at inlay was my Hydrobrick Maxx.

Going to continue filling up all the nooks and crannies with this red coral and then probably add another stripe of mother of pearl.

can't wait to see how it'll turn out. Damn, I wish I have something creative up my sleeve but I don't think greasy fingerprints and scorch marks count:lol:

New to the forums, so Hello everyone. I have a question for you pro Sticky Brick Fans. I am going to buy a unit from this lineup in the near future. I cannot decide which one too choose. I hear there is a noticable difference when you hit the OG compared to the Junior. I noticed that the HydroBrick Maxx has a mouthpiece that makes it similar to the OG. Does the OG still hit better than the HydroBrick Maxx when using the mouthpiece? This will a an at home unit, so portability is not a factor.

@VapingNGaming , welcome to the forums.

I have the Maxx, unfortunately I do not have experience with either the OG or Junior brick. One of the things I love about the Maxx is that it really is a desktop and portable vape all in one. I generally use my Maxx with the mouthpiece dry, so its a completely portable unit. But I also have a somewhat small "vape station" which is basically a small desk in the corner of my man cave, I park my Maxx there for games and having people over and stuff. I usually have Hydratube options to choose if you want water hits, or people can just hit it as a portable so to speak, if they prefer.

Sorry, got long-winded there. In any event, any of the models you choose I'm sure you will be impressed. Very slight learning curve and you are off to the races. Speaking just about the Maxx here, it is a heavy hitter and the taste is also quite good.

I'm sure there are others that can give you a good comparison by personal experience.

Enjoy :)

@Gigsabits53 I don't mind you taking extra time too, explain your view on this matter, as all input is helpful. I am sure i will enjoy either one.I know its almost an impossible question to answer due to them both being great options. I like the fact the mouthpiece is interchangeable, and that it already comes with the water attachment. I am just wondering why some have said they think the OG is there favorite in the lineup even though with the mouthpiece they are basically the same device. Is there that much more space on the heat intake that create's a more optimal draw on the OG, or is pretty much apples to apples?

I've tried all three @VapingNGaming and currently own the Junior and the Maxx.. The performance differences between them are negligible to me, but the Maxx does it all.

They all give big delicious hits.

I made the red coral stripe thicker and added a black powder stripe

This will be the final addition.
Clean up and take for a test run soon.

@duff looks better with the extra color. Thanks for the input. From what i can tell its all about preference, some people like the ease a dumping the bowl on the Junior and the OG. With all the extra addons on the Maxx, people don't want things to fall out when flipping it over. I am thinking this is negligible considering the Maxx has the 14mm connection, allowing you to have all kinds of setups.

I must say, this vape hits so hard. Definitely a massive cloud producer.
A friend asked me what the hardest hitting vape in my collection is. It's a tough question because I think the differences aren't that big and I feel strong effects with all 14 vapes (see signature) I have. But if I had to pick the hardest hitting vape it would be the Maxx. 1 hit (dry or water) is enough to make me fly.

Also, I kind of hate stirring but not with my Sticky Bricks. It's a lot of fun to stir the material with these vapes. It's so easy to do and the handling of both the Maxx and the Junior is just superb. I totally dig the vape station vibe of the Maxx. No other vape in my collection gives me that. It's just really unique.

It's a miracle to me why this thread has only 24 pages and why the Maxx is not more popular. I love it!
