I just purchased a SS from vaposhop's new shipment. I've finally crossed over to a new kind of waiting! I have a feeling this is going to be more painful than the last 9 months.
Actually, for HL (or any manufacturer) it's about volume.They certainly make more money when people buy their product direct so this makes zero sense to me.
But then they'd be skipping retailers that preordered. Wouldn't be very fair to themIt's incredibly frustrating that I'm still waiting on an oct 15 preorder that just keeps getting pushed and there's all these retail sales. Maybe stop that until you can fulfill all the open orders? At least ones older than some newborns were conceived.

I paid more than you if it makes you feel any better..plus perhaps by the time they send yours maybe all of the charging/heating issues will be fixed and then us retail purchasers will be busy sending in warranties while u sit and ponder...I vape therefore I hop. And I hop therefore I am.
So after many push backs of the dates the last extension is supposed to be the last correct? As they claimed they are ahead of schedule if i remember correctly. Im seeing some adress confirmations for early 2015 (jan, feb) but my hoppers are supposed to come this month ( after they pushed it back 2 months last time and said it was the last push back because they got in trouble.) I dont see how they are going to get to my order of oct 2015 this month at this rate, and they claimed to be on track or ahead of schedule.
I have been very supportive and waiting patiently and this is my first disparaging comment. I have tried to give them the benefit of doubt and even defended the wait, as i knew it was kind of up in the air. But with no june update and there is no way they are on track or ahead of schedule im startimg to get kinda pissed. Because i foolishy believed that they were being open and acctually moving this along. But no they lied again about the dates, i mean they have to have lied because there is no possible way i can see me getting my order this month. Especially when they are delivering orders to retailers, vape feind i understood because it was right as pre-orders went out and it made seince they were waiting in line too. I defended the vape feind retail, they deserve their cut and helps UK. But with 2 more retailers getting theirs, sounds shady to me. I do realize many folks have waited longer than I have, and we all have felt the fustration of the dates push backs. However i do really feel lied too again as hopperlabs knew they weren't going to get to all pre-orders yet claimed to be ahead of schedule.
I will eat my words if i do get an addy comfirm, but not holding my breath.
Sucks that i too now am in the pissed off crowd even though its just over a vape that i knew i was going to wait for. I have plenty other vape to use so im not sure why im getting fired up over this one. I usually have a pretty carefree additude and just figured it would get here when its ready. I guess its my fault for acctually believing anything hopper labs says because it always turns out to be smoke up your ass.
Please correct me if I'm wrong about thier claims, its just i guess i have hit my tipping point, i feel outright lied to many many times and they promised in the last update to have correct shipping dates.

Its the retailers that worry more about about margins. I've been in distribution and account management for over 10 years.

In the future I see benefit to retailers but at this point I do not. This goes back to my point that I don't think HL is skipping pre-order customers to serve retail outlets.

If HL are still getting a rash of faulty units that would slow down the process considerably. It's just as well they wait until the bugs get worked out if that's what's going on before they make a mass shipment. This is just speculation on my part.
I saw the other day there were all these shipping confirmation. I thought I'd be reading about everyone receiving hoppers.
You don't want to wait all this time and then have to send it back for repair. The shipping gets expensive for a company that's fairly new. I had read in the other thread someone had sent back their hopper six times. At this point if I had to send a unit back 6 times I might give up.

With Memorial Day, yours should be very close to on its wayMy March 15, 2015 SS Pre-Order is now June ESD, I did the the Address Confirmation on 5/27 and now awaiting Shipping Notification, the latest order I've recently seen received is Mid Feb 15 Pre-Orders so I'm guessing I'm the the "realistic" group for June delivery. Finally light at the end of the tunnel.
The lead time for this is still 15+ months, they have yet to beat that and you could argue they've gotten even slower, but fingers crossed for those with Summer delivery estimates. Regardless of how it feels, they have not sped up shipping in reality, the corner must be turned eventually though must it not?

Well that was about 11 days ago, I think the worst case we've heard reported here on FC is a little over a month wait between AC and SC. Thank you for your support! I would not be surprised to see it any day, but if it takes a while longer to cook my hopper, I can hold out they will never break me.
charger flaws shouldn't slow down a production of Hoppers. right? now they got new chargers, so send out those units which should be stockpiling in their labs right now. they say that shipments didn't happened according to schedule due to bad chargers. but meanwhile there have been one more retailer opening up in Europe. and selling Hoppers with what, with those faulted chargers from old batch? Hopper Labs claimed that they just got those new chargers. so if VaporShop (or whatever that new retailer is called) is having a vaporizers with those supposedly new chargers, then it is very suspicious.That month delay was due to the charger flaw.
I dunno whats happening with my order from 12th Feb 2015! It seems everyone else here has received shipping confirmations for Feb with the same date as mine and some a few days after but I haven't heard anything since the 27th May when my address confirmation arrived. My order contained no coloured models just plain Ti and Stainless. I wrote to HL yesterday morning and am still waiting on a response. Disappointed yet again!
Edit: My shipping date has also changed to June...FFS! How and why when I have a Feb preorder when it seems everyone elses from those dates has been sent??!!?
I'm a patient man but this is really starting to piss me off, I've waited long enough already! Why send out the address confirms only to keep people hanging and annoy them even further. HL really need to work on the customer service side of things....this is frankly appalling!

maybe chargers have been fine all the time. just another excuse to extend estimates and to provide retailers with some more products to sale. saying: pre-orderers already payed. so let them wait, now others will pay even more money for same units. why not? they will wait...
maybe this all i said is just a bitchtalk. but something smell fishy in their latest activities.
