Totally. I believe RBT is accepting paypal funds for preorders, and I don't believe they are promising delivery dates. If a 60-day turn around for a pre-order is required for paypal, perhaps they don't have to pass that fiction along to customers (it's not like they're meeting it anyway, so it kinda doesn't matter that it's what they're claiming for paypal purposes -- if paypal looked into it, they'd find it wasn't happening).

Has anybody seen the latest preorder confirmation dates? Any idea around what preorder dates are receiving shipping confirmation emails?

I'm a Feb 2015 preorder and haven't received any notices about shipping or otherwise.

However did contact GHL over the weekend and got a reply back this afternoon using the support email address.

I'd corresponded about not being able to see order status, and they fixed it ... according to the email ... and now I can't login.
At least they do respond though not necessarily with good info or result.

Edit: responded about the bad account and they fixed that rather promptly.

Though they claim it will ship this month, I'll believe it when I see it.

I'm a February 2015 pre-order too and I still haven't received my address confirmation either. I emailed them a few days ago and they told me they are getting very close to my spot in line and they still plan on having mine out in March like estimated. But they've been telling me that for months now so who knows. I really do think it's getting alot closer now tho. Fingers crossed it'll really be this month!!

If you remove 'hope and then' you'll capture the reality of millions upon millions (if not billions) of people who aren't even queued up for a grasshopper vape. At least being in the queue does give a bit of hope amongst all that disappointment that maybe one day, just maybe, you'll be able to hold a metal tube in your hand and suck on it and lose a bit of disappointment.

I haven't seen any shipping notifications mentioned recently on here - very strange.

Although I do want to report that I have seen a dramatic uptick in my Grasshopper accessory sales over the past month. Literally a 300% increase in sales practically over night. So either there's a sudden unexplained mad dash for my products, or there's a rapidly increasing number of grasshopper owners in the market for accessories.

Either way, I'm happy to see more grasshopper owners in the wild, but I'm still wondering where the hell the rest of these shipping notifications are! I'm 3 days away from my one year pre-order anniversary date

Yea, mine was a Feb. 12th pre-order made @ around 6am and it's for just one green Ti and some extra batteries. Plus I have a separate order for the stainless steel case and some extra silicon mouthpieces for it. That sucks. They made it sound like they were already at least well into the January preorders. Looks like March probably won't happen for mine either then.

I have been told on a number of occasions that my order would ship in Feb. Clearly not the case. At the end of the day I would be fine with the delays if they set realistic expectations. I originally ordered after being told that things would ship in April, 2015. Is that sad or funny at this point? I guess it depends on the day.

If those who pre ordered in dec 2014 still have not gotten their hoppers yet. Then my pre order from feb 2016 will not show up in april 2016. They should give a free mouth piece for making us wait so long.

or maybe they are preparing a massive amount of Hoppers to be shipped at once? maybe that way they can save some money on postage expenses? like a postage wholesale thing. don't know, just guessing optimistically.

Maybe it's taking a couple of weeks to train a new army of assemblers? Or perhaps (and I hope not) some thousands are being assembled off-shore...
My more realistic guess would be some combination of the two.

Yea, April 2015 was my original ship date too. They move it up by a month or two and then when that goes by they move it out again. Realistically, I probably won't even get mine for a couple more months. I'm getting sick of waiting but I've waited this long so why pull out now? I'm in it for the long haul now. Lol. I've managed to stay away from this thread for the past few months bcuz being on it all the time makes the wait seem to go way slower! Oh well. At least I got my other vapes in the meantime! I'm trying to stay optimistic.

exactly! enjoy your other vapes! me too, i just received a FocusVape. thought it would be cheap ($100),crappy on a go substitute while i wait for a Hopper. but jeeez i was wrong. yes, heat up time isn't a 5 sec, but this thing really rips!!! a very good vape for that ridiculous price. mad conduction style bad boy with ceramic heating chamber and controllable air flow! first Korean vape surprised me a lot.

@johnnyCanuck It was shipped to @VegNVape in the UK I believe. @peterpiper This has been covered a few times. I posted a lot of info about Customs and the UK with this vape somewhere in the thread. It will be somewhere around £30 I would imagine for a single unit ;)

@VegNVape Congrats. Seems to have taken awhile to get to you! Shipped from the US on the 28th of last month...thats over 2 weeks!

As I understand it there will be no Customs duty imposed as it is below the threshold level after calculation of £7 but 20% vat WILL be charged on the overall cost of the item and shipping + the £8 Royal Mail handling fee.

So a Ti unit would be $200/£141 + shipping fee $15/£10.50 = $215/£151.50
20% of $215/£151.50 = $43/£30.30 + £8 Handling so it looks like it may be around £38 in total. Thats my calculation, not sure if it is 100% accurate but gives you a good idea ;)
