Still the best source I know of: Grasshopper Order Tracker. Still being update by a few people. Latest reported order is on Jan 20, 2016 with an order number of 24209. I believe backer order numbers and pre-order order numbers were assigned differently.

Sufficient to say, based on the numbers I've heard in discussions with other vaporizer manufacturers, the Google Docs Spreadsheet, and based on my store's traffic I think it's VERY safe to say that Grasshopper Labs has sold a LOT of vaporizers. I don't think they are the best selling vaporizer, but I think many people underestimate how many units GHL has already sold - assuming they get their shit together over the coming years, they will quickly become one of the biggest names in this industry
Still, the product rollout could have been conducted a bit better. At this point, here's my reaction when they change the shipping dates

I am a Late May Pre-Order , My Order ID say's 18217 . I have given up on this company on the account that Caroline has told me via email every month i'd be receiving my order only to notice every month my order gets pushed back a few more months and she sends me a email with the same old excuse. Last i heard all of us or maybe just me are getting a extra battery bc of the delay. I cant read this whole thread but does anyone know if the estimated ship dates are actually true now bc mine is saying March.
ordered mine in beggining of august says march as-well. who knows.

I am happy to let you know that I just received my "shipping address confirmation." I am a December 26, 2014 pre-order but it was not posted on their end until the 27th. Now I wait the unknown amount of time to get my shipping confirmation and tracking info. So, at least one pre-order has their address confirmation email and I know I'm not the only one. Good luck and hopefully they start going out quickly.
Also, I just checked my order status and it now says "processed" whatever the fuck that means. My one added battery from 1/18/15 still says "in progress" my order # is 156xx and the battery order # is 161xx.

In my experience with store software, "processed" is typically reserved until the order has already been packaged (although usually processed comes before "shipped", so it may not have left their dock yet).
Please let us know when/if you get a tracking number. I'm a March 2015 preorder and I'm excited to think I might actually see mine sometime this year!

For documentation purposes I am a June 22, 2015 pre-order (7:46 pm to be exact) with an order number of 185XX, an original shipping estimate of September 2015, and a current shipping estimate of March 2016

12-26-2014 was order number 156xx and 12-8-2015 was order number 234xx.
23400-15600=7800
I said approximately, am I doing the math wrong?
I hope so for all of us, but it's sure is looking good for GH.
im not sure those numbers are an indication of how many customer they've had..

it is a all speculation at the end... but you also have to consider batterys accessories and so on...

Like I said to start, these are order numbers. I didnt make them up, members posted them here. Yes, one can only speculate as to what's on those orders.
We know some are just for accessories and some will also have one or multiple hoppers on them.
So if these "order numbers " posted here are true, which they seem to be that they are running date consecutive, that still brings us to 7800 orders. Not hoppers.
Just trying to look at it realistically.

After that last shipment push-out from GH, I just walked away from thinking about it, til just now...
I apologize that I haven't read up on the threads concerning this Order Tracker document, but I'm assuming that it is the work of someone here who is really championing an effort to make sense of GH's stellar shipment record? If so, whoa! that is some serious data mining!
So assuming I'm supposed to contribute my input data for the document.... I am a Pre-Order from July 30th, 2015, order number 192XX, an original shipping estimate of September 2015, and a current shipping estimate of March 2016.

So, after I confirmed my address, I asked Caroline about the lead time between confirmation and shipping. This is the response I received. *Disclaimer: I'm not saying that issues may not come up and that this is set in stone, just relaying the message. As we all know, plans change and shit happens.

Again my order may be atypical and it may not ship "about a week after" but this is their expectation. So hopefully I get an email in a week or so.

As you can see this is my first actual post. I've been reading these threads since the beginning. DirtD1V3R, your confirmation is encouraging and yet frustrating since I have NOT gotten the same. Hopefully this means it will be very soon.
