When do you think the first Grasshoppers (in BOXES!) will ship?

...yes. They have been shipping slowly for what... 3 months? Shipping also meaning now they have to deal with more than just design. They have to learn the business...

Until all pre-orders are shipped I personally consider it early in the game. (Assuming that happens by February...)

All this stuff connects. It's not just one thing they are working on... It's a business... It's life... And work. Its design, QC, cs, money, website, advertising, media, the future.

Do they have business degrees?

How will we know when all preorders (or early birds, or holiday backers, or regular backers) are shipped? They haven't ever announced any info like that as far as I can tell.

Right, assuming they actually ship in the order that backers got on board. Have they ever indicated that that is the case?

How will we know when all preorders (or early birds, or holiday backers, or regular backers) are shipped? They haven't ever announced any info like that as far as I can tell.

One way to tell is look at what the estimated shipping date is for a pre-order placed today. Right now, it's sometime in September. When the shipping date = the order date, we can guess that all the pre-orders and backers have been taken care of, and full production is in swing. If changes to the production model have to happen because of issues brought up by warranty returns, that catch-up date might be later.

Still no word from Trevor or anyone else from hopper labs RE my order mix up. Upgraded to titanium(Paid difference via PayPal, invoice changed to Ti on hopper website) and was sent a stainless model. Luckily I seem to have gotten a good unit so at least I've got something to use. I guess receiving the wrong hopper is better than receiving a defective one/nothing at all. Anyone else had luck contacting them? What email address are you using? Trevor@grasshoppervape seems to go to a black hole because no emails are returning

I've sent several emails to that address in the last week with zero response.
I tried the one my address confirmation came from first with no response. And it did say you could respond with order adjustments/additions.

Anyone have another email?

Try sending one to that address, but mention you'd like to make an addition to an order, and see if that gets answered. ;)

Can't you file for a refund with Paypal directly?

She just answered someone's email from June 22. So they're in catch-up mode with those, and maybe this will free up Trevor to take care of the more urgent issues such as responding to customers who received faulty units etc and providing replacements, which needs to be their top priority right now.

At first they seemed to respond quickly to those with issues, very disappointed to hear that is not currently the case. But who knows, maybe Caroline will save the day.

I was just going to mention this. I'm wondering if it would be wise to try caroline@grasshoppervape.com. Don't know if she has been given an email but it's worth a shot.

I did the same exact thing, and because of what happened to you I'm now 2nd-guessing my decision to change my earlybird ss to ti. So are they concentrating on just shipping ss units, to the point of (mistakenly?) substituting a ss for a ti pre-order? Otoh I just want this thing, maybe ss will be fine!

I did the same exact thing, and because of what happened to you I'm now 2nd-guessing my decision to change my earlybird ss to ti. So are they concentrating on just shipping ss units, to the point of (mistakenly?) substituting a ss for a ti pre-order? Otoh I just want this thing, maybe ss will be fine!

Honestly I'm loving the SS version. Other than the weight savings I doubt there will be too much of a Noticeable difference between the two(the SS version isn't all that heavy to begin with). I'll probably just keep this one and ask for a refund of the difference

New orders now have October as the shipping date, not sure when they changed that.

Edit, still showing august as my ship date. April preorder with another one ordered in June.

i randomly checked yesterday afternoon, for new pre-orders it stated September at the time.

i pre-ordered in may. mine still says august.

Mine still says August, originally April with a mid Feb order... And I sent an email requesting a refund 24 hours ago with no response
