On my phone (and computer) it still shows upload from url, which is the same as before. Where is the "browse this device" option, or is it right in front of me and am I not seeing it?

No. Even on my phone I still use the imgbb.com hosting site I normally use, the same as I do from my computer at home. I haven't had any issues. It still works great, both from the web browser on my phone (iPhone), as well as any of my computers (both Windows and Mac OS's).

Well, there's always the chance a forum upgrade will bring in the easy upload feature at some point though, so hope isn't lost. This is the last place I frequent that requires a hosting site, so any upgrade should probably include it.

I don't know if FC is gonna have this option. On New FC, we were asked to link to our images on an external site & to only quote relevant parts of other posts as opposed to entire posts so as to save server space.
