Spacers go on top of load. When bowl is finished it pops right out easily. If bowl is cold, heat it up for a just a few seconds and the spacer will pop out...

How much do u guys pack ? The whole ceramic chamber or half ? I packed it tight and only half chamber fine grinded, came out to almost .3g

Sorry buddy but with such comments you just lost me as a possible future customer as well as most of my buddies that come to me for advice...
Do you really think that a smartphone app or a marketing name for different temps are more important than the longevity and maintenance of your vape? Which costs an arm and a leg while being just another conduction vaporizer with a few new gimmicks up its sleeve? And when there are convection and hybrid vapes out there at a fraction of the price that blow the IQ away with their performance, taste, vapor production, efficiency and durability? Vapes with sustainable materials that respect the environment much more than another plastic machine?
Oh, and I have no idea how your toilet looks (and I really have no wish to find out after what you said) but I try to keep mine very clean and unlike your vape's oven, the toilet's ceramics can be cleaned spotless for maybe a lifetime!
Looking forward for the shitstorm heading my way....
EDIT: Mind you, a dirty, glazed oven will also spoil taste in the long run, performance as well possibly...
Thanks for you great review - the Ascent was horrible - lots of plastic out-gassing, not cleanable, etc.
What do you currently recommend for herb that has NO plastic/electronic out-gassing? Is such a beast even available.??

Hi there, I remember a post about a month ago regarding the possibility of adjusting the shipping fees for the spacers. I got my IQ in early January (before the spacers were sold), and I have been planning on buying them, but the price of shipping pretty much doubles the price of the spacers ($10.95 + $9.95).
You mentioned in the previous post that the Davinci team was looking into another shipping option as the spacers "don't take up much space" in terms of the shipping them thought USPS.

After a thorough IQ cleaning, I ran an empty bowl for 10 min, three times, at 430 to off gas. Then I tried a method I learned on the Ghost forum- turn out the lights and shine a flashlight (I used my iPhone flashlight) in back of bowl. I couldn't believe how much off gassing I saw, and it never stopped. I encourage everyone to try it, with all of their vapes! Wish I could have tried this when the unit was brand new...

How do i fix app, it keeps on disconnecting and shutting my iq off, i uninstall and reinstalled app and factory reset, to no avail

At this point don't force it, hit CS up for a suggestion. My latest RMA was due to connecting the unit to an iPad, unit heated up and combusted. Didn't work the same after that.

I only used the app.to change my smart paths. It crashed a few times but in the end I changed them to the following in celsius
175-185
180-190
190-200
200-210
And all within 6 minutes
After that uninstalled and done
You give up privacy by using it.
You can do all without the app except change and tailor your smart paths.
Everything else can be done on the IQ.

Hi Tiny88, I did have the team look into this. What we ran into was that we had to ship the spacers in a box instead of an envelope, and this is what caused the price to be high. They kept cracking, because we all know how careful postal workers are with stuff.
However, I made them lower the pricing on that particular accessory down to $7. We are actually charging less than it it costs us to ship them at this point...not to mention that international shipping rates are much higher anyways.

Thanx for you response, I am planning to pick them up in late Nov when I make another trip to the US. I will then be able to have them send within the US to keep the shipping cost to a minimum.
