Discontinued Sonic vaporizer

Guys, sometimes your're fucking slow... found this on two shops while window shopping

this is the sonic vaporizer, which looks pretty much like a re-designed davinci to me.
anyone had the pleasure to test it or does know some interesting details about it, at least?
I'm very curious about this thing, could be nice!

edit: not much info on the website. also a company adress is missing (i always find that suspect). tried to send them a email but mail returned... anyway, some stores seem to have it on stock, even if it looks unreal to me on the pics

Vaped, do you know the difference between these models? From what I have read the original davinci hit pretty well too, and the 2013 model has had some revisions/improvements over the original. I would love to know what those revisions are, as well as exactly what additional improvements the sonic brings to the table. From what I gather the main thing is improved taste, which is hard to "discount"

The revised dv's lid opens further and they changed the clasp to a magnet and I think they tweaked the heat settings. I've had a davinci. It's a strong vape but the flavor goes flat like the pax kinda. This is supposed to be more flavorful but ill believe it if I taste it!

would love to see the real device, the pics are heavily photoshoped. the housing looks a bit cheaper than the davince though, espeicially the silver parts. i think it's just plastic

I can't find temp ranges on any website for it. It looks cool, but really seems to be a fancy Davinci, only it seems like it would be much easier to break.

You can clearly see they got their idea from Davinci but I feel there is one thing they did a
little bit better and that is the lid, it opens to the other side compared to the dv, so this means
you got full acces to the oven for cleaning.

It looks more like what the mivape was suppose to be, but at half the cost with the coupon code. I'm curious about the battery life and internals.

I'm usually a big techie guy and love bells and whistles, but thinking back to it I like my vapes simple and reliable. The more "fancy" or "advanced" the vape the more issues I've had, with the only exception being the cloud.

Things I've loved: Underdog, DBV, T1, Cera. Those are the ones I've LOVED.

Ones I've hated: Vapir 5.0, arizer solo

It seems like the more complicated the vape the more issues and hassle. I don't see that changing with portables like this.

I don't like how they won't revise their old design and are releasing vape after vape without helping out their own customers who purchased the first ones. I like things to be upgradeable.

I think all this proves is that the original Da Vinci style/shape is a winner so why not copy it? I find it perplexing how people bag a design because it's similar to something already available.

As for wanting to be upgraded? Really, like a car? When a new car model comes out (and they do yearly) would you expect to be offered an upgrade?

If I was looking at an original davinci for $120, I would consider the sonic for another $40.

But $40 is a significant upgrade in "street price".
