Scientific Glass

Has anyone tried ordering glass from an actual scientific glass company? Last night I looked around to see what was out there for the hell of it and found this site.

This seems to be the same type of elbow as on the Extreme. Was thinking about ordering one to see what the quality was like. They've got some other interesting looking stuff, too. Stuff that'd work as an ashcatcher or adapters...all kinds of stuff.

Just kind of curious if their stuff might be a bit higher quality than the lowend stuff we get with our vapes. Just replaced one of my EQ elbows and it already cracked. >< Still usable and in one piece, but wtf.

Teflon sleeves for gong joints?

Nice find, now you have me looking through scientific glass on Amazon.

What size we needing anyway? 14/20 and 19/22?

EDIT: Looks close to the EQ elbow.

I got an 18mm adapter once, hoping I'd be able to get my EQ to blow bags vertically, but the elbow screen didn't fit in there at all...

So if you're looking to replace the elbow, you might need to MacGuyver a screen in there somewhere...

I'm pretty sure 14/20 is a 14mm and 19/22 is a 18mm.

I've had a look at a few scientific glass sites before, there's usually been a cool adapter or 2, but nothing that's made me jump up and purchase it yet...

You've got me thinking now though :brow:
