I'm just curious, what water level is recommended for the FC-199? I realize this is personal taste, but just curious what other people do. I've been using level 2 (see below). Do you use more water when using a whip vs the mouthpiece? Thanks.
I tried water levels 1 and 3 today. Usually I'm at level 2, but fuck it, why not! :-) Please keep in mind I'm dealing with the direct effects of this test right now, so I might ramble off topic...

I wasn't disgusted by either 1 or 3. I was actually surprised at the difference. How easy the draw is the main difference, which goes hand-in-hand with how slow to draw. When using the Dynavap, I want an easy/fast draw, but when using the heat island log, I want to draw slowly, so the harder resistance helps me. Level 2 works well for the Arizer Solo3, but I might try more resistance (I pack it pretty lightly). Basically it's like have 3 bongs in one!
Oh, I use the whip, not the mouthpiece.
