So I got to see Geoff Platt making a recycler today. It was amazing to watch him attach the uptake to the recycling chamber.

Just thought I would brag about it and make you all jealous.

Here's a better function video of the Rick Barry recycler. It's always important to find the water level that works for you. More water actually made for a more even draw and a better looking whirlpool.

I asked him if he would ship the pink/redish fumed one with slyme highlights to europe an he agreed. Waiting for him to check out shipping costs.

Nice. I was actually thinking if picking that one up as well, but I'm glad it'll go to a fellow FCer and that it saves me from spending the $. Those pinkish (fumed) areas will look different under light. With no direct light, all the blues, purples, greens, and golds fade and the whole piece appears pinkish. The dome that he shows with that one on Instagram is gorgeous.

Looking around on my DESK (not my whole collection) I see a Stereo Matrix, Hitman Hammer Head, Hydraline, MM Tech Showerhead, Simba Minifrit, Jedeye Recycler, FOUR Sandalz_Glass recyclers, my very special minitube he made me and then this new thingy......

I hope it comes with the dome, eventhough I lack the means to use it. Thanks for explaining the color a bit better, I've seen fumed pieces before but only in direct light and they appeared more brownish/gold than the piece in the pictures/video.

The space recycler on there was sold for $325 shipped, let him know that you know me and you might even get one for less!
I just know he has a TON of orders right now and everyone wants everything by 4/20!

Holy crap (I am aware that quite cheap in comaparison, spending that kind of money on glass is just new and exciting to me *g*). I actually told him I got the link from you. Well, lets see what he has to offer.
I am in no hurry at all, 4/20 doesn't really mean anything to me except for nice prices.
Be sure to check out Rick Barry as well, really beautiful stuff. I am calling dibs on the pink one with the slyme dome though

Glass gets pricey! But yeah, for the work he does I don't think you can beat it for the money though. He's been close to EA's style recently for most of them but soooo much cheaper. Got to water test an EA, was nice but no where near worth the $1k+ tag on it with less work than Sandalz will do for <$400.

Here are the ones I have from him so far, still waiting on the Purple(rain) Recycler from him to complete the TMNT set.

It's a beauty indeed. If you like funnel action IMO I'll personally go for proven video water test pieces.
This one is nice, but IMO perc action and return water path from funnel are in the same line. 2 things can happen... You can be lucky and perc does it job, or worst case scenario you have a mix of cross action, between right funnel and complete cycle, or alternate between both.
As soon as you don't get backsplash , percolation will function, but maybe at the cost of no funnel action.
When I say funnel action I'm referring to that nice whirlpool effect that we all desire... Good luck and stay vaped...

These are from a post to the herbie thread, this part seemed appropriate here as well.

A couple of input setups that can be connected to hoses or other glassware,
filtered with some degummed hemp fiber inside it to help keep the roor (or any other recycler) clean.

I like this second setup a bit better because it's more compact
(the first one works with the stock hose though),
and the green matches one of the rasta colors

the roor at massdrop is a good deal, I got one and use it with the EVO. could be for oil also, just a little big for me for that even though the water level can be high to reduce volume.

In fact since they didn't allow International orders we helped at least one other member to get one in Europe. Us FC'ers stick together

Thx again for that...of course the EUFCer is me... I like the RooR Flush Recycler for its looks, for the big water volume and the very unrestricted airflow. It's our office daily driver these days! ;-)

Here is the Alien Tech CDG recycler I got a bit ago. Got love the alien tech glass. I think it is like amber glass thats green on the inside and iridescent blue or something outside.... maybe fumed? I plan on looking into it more cause I really dig it. This is my first real color worked piece so im new to heady stuff... but looots of little air bubbles in the colored sections. Doesnt really detour me cause it functions b-e-a-utifuly. And looks gorgeous. .. let pics speak for me.

Then with and LED flashlight...

Shit...dont forget the dome dude!

Still waiting on the seller to send the nails I purchased so im using my 18mm divited quartz. It is my favorite nail... but boy I cant wait to get a castle quartz...




It'll go great with my Gordo inline recycle that is on its way.
