i ordered an oversized recycler with a female joint for flowers from GlassBlowersDirect. got an email saying it's done but they put a male joint on it. sucks. but they said they'd send a female flower slide, hopefully it's disc diffused or multi holed, i hate push slides with a big ass hole in them.

we'll see how much bigger the recycler is since i paid extra *fingers crossed that this doesnt suck balls*

Yes, he is still around, that recycler is the one to get w/o the honeycomb perc

I'm really digging Earl Jr.'s stuff lately, these are just plain fine art:

But his regular stuff is still pretty expensive, this is $500 and only 6" tall:

And even plain glass is still over $250

But oh so tempting because just look at that whirlpool...

I LOVE Earl Jr. I have a piece coming and can't wait - scheduled for Dec 1st - right around my 57th BD. I contacted him on Facebook, but he is so busy its hard to deal with private parties, so I went through my buddy, owner of my local shop. He got Earl Jr. to do custom Lion recycler for me - one of my favorites, but with an added flair (up to Earl Jr). He also ordered several others for the shop... My plan worked I think Earl Jr's stuff will sale well!

I also love his mini internal pendent recycler. Man that would be great just to wear around. You never know when you are in need...
and of course his fancy headless nail.

Also I see our friends to the North have some awesome blower's to. This is getting expensive, but worth it. Burning paper money doesn't work very well vaping oil.

I messaged Earl Jr. on facebook and never got a reply, so after a month of waiting for dabeasy to get his in stock I bit the bullet and went through him instead.

i paid extra for a larger version than the 6" pictured on the site and asked for a female joint instead of the male direct inject style. got an email saying it was done but they put a male joint on it, i hope they arent just sending me their standard 6" recycler. i've never dealt with GBD before.

GBD recycler came with a chipped joint and small air bubbles in most of the welds.

Was it wrapped properly? Did it look like it happened in transit or before wrapping?

That looks like someone hit the edge with something hard...so I am guessing before shipping...

Edit: Alright, even though I am broke, I just pulled the trigger on that Delta 9 recycler...I have been drooling over it for too long. Managed to get 10 bucks knocked off the asking price, shipped to Canada. Good deal I would say?
