They even seem to offer free worldwide shipping ... if thats not an error. I added the item, the code, proceeded to calculate shipping. It shows 115 for worldwide express or free shipping as alternative method. Thats pretty sweet...and tempting. :ko:

If I didn't use my EVO primarily I'd be more tempted but its only 7.5" tall and even the lightweight EVO would probably tip it over.

The design makes you have to use more vacuum pressure to evacuate the perc, since you have to evacuate a volume that goes much deeper than the perc exit holes. This makes it harder work to use, but gives the rising bubbles more velocity, which should mean faster circulation. This design fires them jet-impingement style into the taper at the top of the container, however, scrubbing that velocity off pretty-much straight away. Should give a lot of folded bubbles going up the tube, though, which have a lot of surface area.

I think straighten the jets somewhat and improve the whirlpool chamber design so it actually reliably vortexes, and you've got a pretty awesome little recycler. It should be able to lift the water quite a bit higher than they're asking with the current setup.

I have no clue, I got my first recycler a week ago and my second yesterday. :nod:

What I can tell so far: I do like my Blaze HC recycler very much but it's kinda exhausting to use as daily driver. I used it last saturday exclusively and at the end of the day my lungs felt kinda sore, not the way like they felt after a day of combusting of course. Still, the ammount of negative pressure it needs to fire evenly takes its toll.
The 6" recycler I got yesterday is entirly different in pretty much every way. Instead of the stemless design, it features a downsteam with a few diffuser holes. My guess would be that this reduces the ammount of negative pressure needed quite a bit. Drawing a hit is a very chill experience and while the vortex is tiny and gone as quick as it came, I can't help but stare at it while hitting.

I orderd the black and blue one, the shop orderd the candy cane version by mistake, we found a mutual benefitial agreement to solve the situation. Would I have known you wanted that one...anyhow. Mine should be here by next week as well due to a slight delay created by said agreement.

EDIT: I am quite sure that Vakedcow likes this :D

LMAO! That's pretty funny. I had an inkling you may have caved and bought one too :lol:

I actually like both versions he has, I just don't like the rasta version they have on the BL site. The candy cane perc looks actually pretty funky.

I finally shot my own video of my one and only recycler, a Cory Glass I picked up second-hand on BM. I love this piece! As you can see, it has an awesome whirlpool. :) I highly recommend this artist based on how much I enjoy my recycler and the pics and video I've seen of his other pieces...the guy knows how to create a functional piece!

Thanks for that. I had been trying to get a gordo recycler but its now outa my price at the moment. Corys work is nice. Hope to pick up a piece real soon. Thanks for the motivation there @Meghan

Nope. The seller refered to it as "Alien Tech"... does it not so totally look cosmic though... in an alien way...

I was thinking its kinda like
