The Tornado, Vapman Click and my good old Mighty get the most use by far while my Tempest V1 and TM1 are collecting dust. Looking forward for my AVLP2 pre-order to arrive. Hopefully the AVLP2 will be enough of an upgrade to finally replace my Mighty, if not I might consider a Tafee Bowle or MiniVap somewhere later this year.

No problem!

I feel I need to add one more piece of info though. As versatile as the CL is, if you're a heavy user that will be having bowls back-to-back with little or no downtime, then I might suggest the CL XL. I have noticed that you if you rip the CL hard, for example as an injector with a glass bowl where the flower is further from the heater, then you can exhaust the heat battery and would need to wait approx 10min for the CL to get back to stable temps for the next bowl.

The recovery time is much shorter (< 1min) for the native stainless bowl when the CL is used as an injector, or when hitting it natively with a DV or the original stem it ships with. Just fyi. For some heavy users this is an issue.
Recovery time is just a log thing. No worries there for me but a valid point to bring up for someone new to logs. I don’t reach for any log when I want a heavy hitter. I go for logs when I want that perfected tasty pure convection sip only a log can provide.

Not all logs, I have not been able to find when the point is that the Enano XL needs time to recover, and I've definitely tried to find it 😂

That’s where the AC power shines over the 12v dc. Enanos have always been on my list. They are local to me within an hour.
Yup. That's the advantage of having a log connected directly to the wall at 120V I imagine. You're not going to overpower that heater 😂
Took the words right out of my mouth.

The lack of customer support is why I haven’t tried one. Some people have been lucky with them but most not so much..

Yeah I've been tempted by some e-nano XLs on clearance as a new log to try. I figure I'd have to invest in a JoDa stem as well since I understand the e-nano stems aren't great. Having the 120V AC source where the heater can't be overpowered is a nice selling point, and the log construction looks nice and sound. The company support seems suspect as you say so that's not great.

Right now I have a DBV Buddha with the baller upgrade that serves as my "infinite power" convection desktop. A little bulky and not as nice looking as a log but it gets the job done. 🙂

For the desktop vape category.
I'm currently rotating between the ZX (my favorite as a daily driver), a Hornet, and the Universal Baller, which I also really like and recently added to my rotation.

I'm not the biggest fan of portable vaporizers, but in this vape category, there are a few devices that stand out for their power!
I used a Tornado for a few months, which is a powerhouse, but I sold it because the flavor is really bad with that vape.
I tried a Simrell instead, and I prefer it for its versatility and it's much better in terms of flavor than my old nado.
The Ted category is interesting, but not my favorite.

I occasionally use my old TP80, but I finally managed to get a Bakx recently, and the hype is real! I've finally found a portable vape that's good in every way, and has nothing to envy from ball vapes in terms of power.

So my two all-time favorites are currently my trusty ZX and my new Bakx.
The vapes I plan to buy when I can are a ZXXL (if a new pre-order comes my way), and a Bowle2 😁
And in a few weeks, I'll have the opportunity to try a new Log halogen ball vape...
But I can't say more 😆

I cosign the Phase 3zx. Absolute powerhouse of a little vape, incredible taste, and take a tiny amount and make very potent clouds.

That is a nice list of some very tasty vapes!

I have come very close to pulling the trigger on both a bakX and a ZX in the past but it never materialized. They're still on my list.

I think you would enjoy the Bowle2 as I have one and it's been dominating my other portables. I still like my Tornado too. I think because I use the Wand, the gentle heating takes longer but I get better flavor from it.

I have a custom halogen log built by @Vaporooni (🤔Don't see him on the site anymore?) that's similar to the type in this thread. If you've never tried a halogen vape before, you're in for a treat! I find halogen vapes extract crazy flavor and make it last too.

You'll be happy with either one, but I absolutely recommend these two wonderful vapes.
They complement each other wonderfully, while being very different yet incredibly effective.
Bakx is so good with Moroccan hash.

With the Forge, I was able to get the most out of the Tornado for flavor.
In my opinion, the Forge is the most effective HI, at least especially with the Tornado.
But unfortunately, even with the best heating techniques I've extensively experimented with the Tornado, no matter what strain of weed I used, the taste was always the same 😅
Not unpleasant, but boring.
For me, the Tornado is really made for people with low flavor demands, or for those who love huge clouds worthy of an e-cigarette lol.
Thank you for your review of the Bowle2 👍.
I have high expectations for the Bowle2 in terms of efficiency and flavor.
And I think I'll be patient enough to buy it for the next Black Friday, if my VAS allows it 😂

Yes, I followed this thread, and this halogen log looks very sexy to me 👍
I almost bought it, but I preferred to wait for the one I'll have soon, and I also want to support a craftsman from my country for once 😁.
Ever since the CC Halo that I narrowly missed... I've been wanting a vape like this.
I can't wait to experience this famous halogen feature of preserving terps longer 🤘

I couldn't agree more.
The ZX is a marvel for enjoying the terps of our best buds, while preserving my tolerance and my stash.

The BakX is a vape that I'd quite like but it's a pricey one so that's not something I could buy atm.

This is something I seen recently and it caught my interest as is cheap. I lost a lot of my VAS as got what I need but will be getting this soon

You guys are probably talking about it in the Dynavape thread already :)

I dont understand why no ones talking about the convex from ethenos, at least i haven't seen much, people say its fast like the taffee bowle has heater above like it, but has a digital screen,a retractable stem like all the old firewoods, is small, can take s and b caps, removable battery, easy swivel out chamber, 2 things im not sure about are the flavor and how it compares to the tb2, but it does seem to have at least pretty good flavor , and about the cooling with the short pathway, but it seems to cool well, it has power and can chuck clouds.plus its $269 i think, and some more things probably...
I get that it doesnt have the greatest build, and i see it seems some people here parted with theirs quickly, idk why.

All this is the v1 but they posted a mock up of a v2, That looks like a much more solid looking build, plus the coil can be fixed by the owner.

Ive wanted a bowle forever, and have seen it get soooo much hate for the cup, which is my favorite part
I think its the most stealthy available, cause even a tiny nicotine/looking vape is still a vape, and a pen or a walkie talkie or a speaker or whatever have no business on your lips for 5-20 seconds
But a cup! Plus the on demand and easy load unload.

But here to all the haters that just wished the bowle was cheaper and not a cup(and other things), the convex seems to be that, but idk maybe not,
I should ask again in the group there.
Either way looking forward to v2

i was excited about the aerolite but idk whats with that now...
Definitely super want to see what the frolic is.

Not new but the flower kettle is also top of my list, i immediately felt just from here, that this was the vape i was always waiting for, and has me feeling similar to the convex, why are not many people talking about it, but even more since its all a super solid build and there is more info and people that like it..
