Random thoughts

The Boss is worried too. Just a random thought. Did anyone see this?
FYI
I think Trump is going to be more like Richard Nixon. We shall see.

Geez I don't mind the Boss but I just read his book and it had me questioning his competency. Man what a yawnfest!

"Am I my thoughts, the thoughts that I am thinking? No. Thoughts come and go; I am not my thoughts.
Am I my body? They tell us that millions of cells in our body are changed or are renewed every minute, so that by the end of seven years we don't have a single living cell in our body that was there seven years before. Cells come and go. Cells arise and die. But "I" seems to persist.

So am I my body? Evidently not"

In light of the above, it would seem the morale of the tale is as follows, -

"Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away." – Phillip K. Dick

No chance of me wearing a G banger at any stage but every man needs a few pairs of thongs. I keep a pair in my car, beware the single plugger blowout though!

Didn't want to diss springsteen, he (& the e street band) were awesome live back in the day

I've never seen anybody control a huge audience's emotions like he did when I saw him at the la coliseum back in the '80's. I wasn't very into his recordings though, and my interest has waned since then.

But yeah they call him the boss for a reason

Them; Why do you think 2017 is going to be such great year?

Me; Cos it's going to bring plenty of flowers,

Them; How could you possibly know that?

Anything worth doing, is worth overdoing.
A very small number of people control the majority of our fate.

I believe state-wide public referendum to be the most important piece of control that the common folk have over our overseeing government. Some states want to restrict it, but it should be fostered and used more often. It is after all, the will of all the people that vote.

And to follow suit, state's rights give people who live in a similar region, the ability to have some control over their lives. Federal governments should not be allowed to dictate every fucking little detail of our daily lives. They need to let us breathe and let up on the leash.

Don't be a king Donald. Don't be that guy.

(And please tell grandpa Jeff the same thing)

As if I needed more incentive to buy a new scoob.....

For that sort of money I think I'd get Nissan gtr instead.. .
I prefer the old jap type r anyway....

wait what? R-35 and an STi are close in price over by you?

An r-35 was like almost double an STi last time I checked over here in the states.

STI has been my "dream car" for so long, but I do love the sleek look of the r-35. I prefer the r-32s myself tho :)

I think when it's time to get a new car I'll probably opt for a WRX instead of the STI since I don't care much for a super powerful car anymore and am more concerned about being safe. Can't give up the turbo once you got one though.

I got my first manual and first turbo last year... only a dodge dart but still nice and fun. I was driving an old PoS grandma-mobile before this though, so anything's better lol

When the gtr first came here it was 50k, new model now starts at 80k....
Scooby is 40k, so yeah they are not close anymore...

We need a car thread......

It pisses me off the way the Republicans talk about how the country has just gone down the tubes over the last 8 years. You know since Obama has been president. How now that they are in power they will fix everything. I wonder if they mean how George W. Bush left it? Very short memories IMO.

They don't stand up if they disagree either - they just go along with crazy.:mental::freak:
