My forge bricked in September. I might’ve been the third person they heard from. Vestratto responded quickly with what was going on and how to return it. I shipped it off and btw the forge sat in the Canadian post office for OVER A MONTH. More like six weeks. John wasn’t kidding when he said their postal services suck! I tracked it every couple weeks and it just didn’t move.
After they solved the issues and did weeks/months of testing I got an email last week informing me my new and improved forge will be shipped this week. I think it’s just one of those things, we’re early adopters and u know, shit happens.
It’s just a lot of variables, how would they know I’d be running the forge at 3000 joules more than five times a day and I have a high tolerance. I was switching from my Dynavaps to my Anvil, to the Tempest and ran the hell out of that. Then the Tornado came in. I had different profile settings for each and played around within each profile (for fun

) T he forge shelved the wand and everyone agrees the wand is dope.
I give the company a little grace in situations like this. It’s a really small company. It’s like John, two other engineers, maybe two or three machinist he subcontracts and his wife and daughter in customer service. I’m not saying it’s you hotmeals but, I think when we hear ppl say “company” our mind pictures large corporations, target/walmart or Santa and fifty elves just churning out perfect products.
I just whipped out the blazer Firefox and got to torchin’ (I even had to send that back) silver lining, I found some really cool torches online. Now all the gear is collecting dust, I had to take a T-break, haha go figure
