So I got my fenix and I realized how important it is to put a crafty or mighty mouthpiece into it because the mouthtip of the fenix has a draw restriction on it's own. a side by side comparison with a single mouthpiece shows this clearly.

Battery Life is clearly meh, since in the manual it shows that it can do 300 recharging cycles. For 40$ this would be an easy disposable vape but for the 80€ I paid I could also only get a battery replacement for a mighty.

Here's a quick manual for anybody who has no fenix yet, the whole thing is operated with 1 button

On/Off: Tap Button 5 Times (CFX anyone?)
Increase Heat from °C: 170, 180, 190, 210 (green, blue, purple, red): Tap Button 2 Times
Change from Soft mode (170° on green etc.) to Enhanced Mode (+5°=175° on green and so on): Hold Button 3 Seconds while Unit is on
Enhanced Mode will be on/off lights while soft mode has a fading light.

The unit recognizes when you draw and starts blinkin showing to me that it heats or something to maintain the temperature.

The small lights are clearly visible in the dark but in outdoor/daylights for example the green level was not that bright, rather difficulty to spot.

So far I like this vape, but I still save up for a mighty. still waiting for their e-mail how much my replacement for the kayak'd one might be..

Alot of us have already hit up the Alibaba sellers..they caught on to the demand for the product and a few different users on this forum myself included have tried to purchase single units ..and we've been advised to either order 50units OR pay $100+shipping for a single unit...hence wishing you luck:peace:

Let us know how your AliBaba experiences go, some of the reps for weecke and novel are mighty shifty, even by AliBaba/DHG standards. I'd love to recommend this vaporizer to folks again, was hoping this would be a new starting point for many new vaporists. Much nicer than the bulk of anything coming from china and was very affordable..

This vaporizer predates the CF/CFX and the 5 clicks has been the standard in the ecig (and chinese) world for years.

That link -so as all on alibaba- belongs to Shenzhen WEECKE Technology Co., Ltd. or Shenzhen NOVEL Technology Co., Ltd.. This makes me assume the same "response" as the rest already reported. They do seriously bad marketing, I really am afraid this device is going to sink into gerillashite, because of rising demand for it they trying to ratchet up price for unreal. This is a good vape for the former price, but I cannot see how it worth now more than double, while the battery is seriously a crap noname foldup, the airpath isn't as perfectly isolated as in other vapes in their "new" price range, utilizes no glass, no ISO bath cleanables - nothing really in the "premium" sector. Really pissed with this company now..

Good news though that I am looking into another vape which just have been licensed, getting a sample this week, teardown next week, fingers cross its a good one (no info here as per FC rules) :)

Hi, I got mine from novel for 60$ shipped but it was a while ago.... I can't remenber if they offered me something special (free shipping or deep discount). I was not a huge fan of the design and I got, occasionnaly, a bad taste in the beginning of the session... I ended to sell it.

Any idea how to open the cooling unit to reclaim oil?

btw smoketown has them in stock for 80€ again.



I think this vape delivers some quality but it's a pretty disposable vape if the battery craps out that fast. Perfect for bringing to parties and not taking it home. Even though 80€ is a bit pricey for that purpose.

The mouthpiece just pops out, also the blue silicone ring can be taken off, so as the strainer (if it sticking, just apply some heat somehow to soften gunk). Behind it you should see a metallic coating in a shallow, tube-like area. Thats it, not really a cooling area, but can get back some of the juice of your spent.. :D

take a look at the "cooling unit" from below, you see there is a small space where you could put in a flat screwdriver. This may be good for something?


Still thinking about getting a crafty CU to fit there. Ratchett?

Hey guys.

I've been on the hunt for a "disposable" vaporizer.

One that works well and tastes good.
One that is cheap enough for everyone.
One that everyone can simply use, is cheap, safe, and worth it.

The vape that can break, get confiscated, stolen, taken anywhere with no worries of having to ditch it if need be and not be to bummed your out a vape and the cash you paid for it.

I came across the Fenix and did some research.

I was impressed and found a place to get them very cheap. So eventually I purchased 3 from the Fenix U.S. distributor for $45 a piece.

I gotta say I so far I love this vape!
Works amazing, taste incredible, and can use any amount in the chamber with great results!

I am working on a usage video for you all so you all can see how well it works, heats up fast , and is efficient.

Until then I threw together an unboxing video. here it is.

I put a small amount of hemp fiber just below the mouthpiece to collect the oils. Wow.
This is a fantastic vape for the price. I hope they restock. Xmas presents for every one I know!

anyone from Germany interessted in sharing an order for Fenix glass mouthpieces? They are available in clear glass and black glass. Problem is it costs 20 $ shipping and possibly import charges if Jeremy declares the packet incorrect again. Retail Price is 2.30 $. I would do the order and ship out the single pieces. Anyone?

Those nails though :D I actually wonder how the glass is embedded into the metallic piece - if its some sort of superglue (prone to occasional ISO and thermal abuse) then probably me a no..

@Gardenerjeff do you put the hemp fiber in the space in between the screen and mouthpiece? Have you noticed a significant increase in draw resistance?

Yes, in between the screen and mouthpiece area. If you don't make it too thick or too big, there is no impact on draw restriction. Hemp fiber is some great stuff!
