hmmm so apparently, the only modification they didto the puffit-x was adding a fan, so its still the same vapor path
I emailed discreetvape about the vapor path defect, asking if it had been fixed, this is their reply : ''
There was never a defect in the PUFFiT.... The PUFFiT X is the same unit fitted with a mini fan.
There is often a break in period where harmless residual manufacturing oils evaporate off (think about using a new hair dryer or curling iron the first few times, you can often smell plastic).''
Guess I wont be buying this one then !

This thing looked cool, but if it suffers from BAD FLAVOR then no thanks Mr. Puffit! You can take that thing elsewhere...

Really bummed out to read that nothing was changed but the adding of the fan. Still wondering if anyone has/will take the plunge to test this thing out. I never tried the original, but if bad flavor is present I would be one of those people to notice it right away and not use the device. Dont want this happening.

I have the regular puffit and it completely crapped out after one year so just be forewarned before jumping into another unit from this manufacturer. They completely refuse to help me since I was a few days out of my warranty.

so vapers I had the delight of trying out my friends puffit x yesterday. I was rather impressed with the unit. the worlds first forced air portable was very nice. adjustable temp 1-8 adjustable fan speed 1-8 gold plated heating chamber. the device is comfortable to hold and light. ill post my review that didn't go so well up.

ill use it again to give you my fersure answer. my friend who owns it keeps it on 8 temp wise. I would do the same because I feel like that just has the best vapor. the 35 second video I posted it was lower than 8 like 5 I believe

I mean yeah kinda it had like a silicone taste kinda plastic-y aftertaste but I was trying to get him to sterilize the unit like full heat for a while before first use. which he didn't. so that could be it. after the puffit x review went wrong videowe used and it did have this poppy seed muffin taste to it. maybe it has gone away now. ill get back to you on that

update to the funny taste - my friend explained to me that the taste has gone away. new vape taste like the new car smell.

is it worth it? well fellow vapers to my standard no. because whats wrong with a solo at 127$ off ebay compared to 170+$ from discreet vape only place to get it I know of.

So.... My brother asked what I wanted for my birthday early because he will be oconus. I jokingly told him a Puff-it X. He called about a hour ago to tell me he ordered it for me today. And it should be here in 3-5 days. I will post my initial thoughts. Then do a full review after a week or so.

Seems that the puff-it x would be alot more pocketable and less breakable/seperate parts than the cera. Also does the arizer cover solos bought on ebay? That could make the extra $43 worth it to some

Arizer does warranty Solos purchased on eBay. You referenced the Cera, did you mean Solo? Also, I'm very certain that the Solo would outperform the puffit X on all fronts , but stealth.
